Buy Local , for good reason. Awesome, fast and friendly service, if they do not have what I need on hand they will track it down for me. Speed of delivery and reliability on parts and service is top notch.I tried to cut some costs and order cheap toner online, that didn't work out so well when one drum wouldn't register in the machine and the other leaked into the printer and fouled it up. Went straight back to Fax & Printer Guy and have not looked elsewhere since. Pricing is very competitive and the on site service when needed gets everything going ASAP.
