We have purchased multiple items here on moving into our new house. Merchandise is on the expensive side but is excellent quality and modern. Elvira and David have provided exceptional customer service which made our shopping experience very easy. Will continue to shop at this location.

I ordered dining room chairs over 1 1/2 weeks ago and heard nothing about the estimated delivery date. Order still shows as ‘processing’. Why the long wait to be notified of a delivery date? No communication at all. Compared to other online retails sites this one is disappointing. Not really sure if or when u will get my chairs. Credit card was not charged either yet I can see the order when I sign into the urban barn account. Very confusing .this review is not targeted at the Kingston store but rather the online experience.

On a positive note, I love the furniture and accessories in this store. So much so, that I recently spent over $4,000. The service was great, up until I paid for everything. After that, it was non-existent! I ordered three pieces of furniture at the end of June 2022, picked up two of the items on August 24th, after I had been told they would be arriving at the warehouse the week of July 25th, then I was told it would be the week of August 1st, then I was told it would be the week of August 8th....etc. etc. I paid an additional $300+ to have the third piece delivered (dining table) and assembled. I've received emails since August 16th saying that 'your item is on it's way to it's final destination', although they don't say what that final destination is.....my home, or the Urban Barn warehouse?? I gave up calling the store since, a) they seem to have a difficult time returning phone calls, b) when someone does answer, they don't apologize but only tell me how busy they are and that I'll need to call back, and c) they don't provide reliable information. I've called the 'warehouse' only to find that they don't have the table and have no idea when it will arrive. My suggestion? Don't tell the customer their order will be arriving on a specific date, only to find out time after time that it's not!As much as I love the products, I won't be back to the Kingston store.

Thankyou, Steven, for your great service every time I visit Urban Barn Kingston! You are definitely my go-to guy and I wanted you to see how beautifully our recent purchases have connected various parts of our living room. From the very comfy Mondo chair with leather ottoman, to the Florence loveseat with cushions and candle holder on the coffee table. The dog cushion is sadly, not Urban Barn, but has a special place on our new sofa where Henry snuggles in with us. Looking forward to more visits to you and your amazing team! Thankyou, Ingrid

Horrible experience! Will never go back. First off the manager on the weekend Alvira said I could have a piece that was already put together but barely gave me the time of day and didn’t make eye contact. So unprofessional! Then went in the next day and Dan or Dave, very rude, basically calls me a liar and said they never said that I could have that piece. I was like you were standing right beside your “manager” when she said that?! Not good customer experience at all. Such a shame. Also, no one greets you. Make you feel like your a pain in the you know what. Never going back.
