Yumi is very helpful, welcomed us with warm smile, she offered excellent customer service, offered different services that might be of big help, and addressed our needs. She communicated really well, very respectful. They offer one of the cheapest photo ID services we have ever seen here in Winnipeg. Their office is very clean, and neat. We greatly recommend them for you to check out and utilize their services.

It’s not mentioned anywhere that this $9.99 price for passport photo is only for adult, he charged double for kids. Other than that experience was good.

I needed the PR card photo and i got so exhausted with ups photo which was giving me error as the photo is too dark or bright " and i had very bad experience and i went to that place and i got that photo perfectly fine for PR portal and also in cheap price from any other place. Highly recommended and satisfied. The person whom i spoke to is very polite and humble thank you for giving the best service."

If I could give Zero stars it would be at this place. I got double charged for passport photos as the photographer screwed up the size and my photo twice. Absolutely horrid customer service. Save your money and go pay more at shoppers. This place should be labeled as fraudulent.

Came for adult & child passport photos. I was charged double for child photo. The website states $10 for 2 passport photos & that babies may take longer. Attempted to contact customer service & Facebook message was read but not responded to.
