I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. We told the girl at least 3 times she had a dance recital and had to take them out and all she said was oh yes she will be fine to take them out for a few hours. Anyway they grew over and gave us no customer service just said sorry your luck and the manager never called us back. Will never go back for anything !!

Just had my daughter’s bday party there. We all had a blast. The girls said they would give it an 11.5 out of 10. Spa La La La Party was a blast. Fredrick was amazing and kept the girls entertained from beginning to end.

My daughter had an appointment this morning to have her ears pierced. The extremely sweet lady that was working (Saturday, Nov 5th) was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, encouraging & caring towards my daughter. Once we returned home, even my young daughter acknowledged how truly exceptional this lady was! I wish I got her name but she defiantly created a stellar experience for my daughter! Thank you :)

My 4 year old niece has been begging to get her ears peirced so my sister brought her here. Frederick was incredible with her. He talked to her the whole time so she was night and calm and taught her how to care for them in 4 year old terms ! Thank you so so much Fredrick for making her day and for being so great !

Pretty disappointed with this company. They don't have time to train you and expect you to just do it by yourself and magically be good at it. I wasnt even hired for a month and they already fired me because i was frustrated the company couldnt be bothered to pay the employees on time. Theres to much drama and im complained to like im some sort of therapist or someone who can do something about everyone not greeting people in the store or someone being on their phone 24/7. I was treated unfairly and totally disrespected. I try to communicate but thats not okay cause apparently being upset you cant make it to work cause you have no bus money due to A CHECK NOT BEING PAID ONTIME. I got fired for not calling in" when i already had given notice a day ahead of time. Im always told theres not enough time for training and that they never have time to finish projects. You scare half the customers away by angerly telling them to get out of your store for having a coffee

Went in to find stuff for my kids found a few items off a sales rack and was charged full price asked if they were not on sale was told no they are on the sale stand but are full price. Nothing but a store full of over priced garbage

I don't think anyone here likes their job.Manager is kind of an a** as well. Certainly does a great job of acting like the demographic clairs markets to.

Do not work for this company! If you mention having any kind of disability or being on aish, they will NOT hire you. They will assume you are lazy, have alot of appointments so you will be missing work and so on. Manager doesn't train for the appropriate position or what task you would be doing. It's alot of back stabbing and drama, highly don't recommend this place!

Pretty irritated, went into Claires in the early afternoon on august 5th to get ears pierced with a friend and it was a bit busy, so we were told to come back later. We came back a few hours later around 6 and there was barely anyone in the store but were told to come back in 15 minutes to get our ears pierced, and when we came back 15 mins later, the lady told us she would not have time to pierce our ears even though there was no one in the store, and they were still open another 40 minutes. Really dissapointed that we drove there twice, and made 3 visits just to be sent away.
