Class A Service Ltd

I have read mixed reviews about the snow removal service. It’s all about the crew working in your area. Waverley Heights have their snow cleared immediately. Us, not so lucky. No crew has yet to come this way after “blowing” snow Tuesday around noon on March 8 and “light” snow off and on since then. I feel bad for the lady with a walker.

Needed snow removal for a move out. They took my dad's money and left the snow on the driveway. If you need reliability or timeliness, consider a different service.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful are Mercy (Mihret) and her Class A Maid Service team. They have been coming to my home for years now. They are diligent, courteous, efficient, and care for my home, my dogs, and my things as though they were their own. I highly recommend them to you and I know you would have no regrets. It’s always a pleasure when they come to my home.

I Used this company for 3 years for snow removal. then they got a crew that shovels snow toward ur house insteada away. Started piling snow on the back of my house. I complained numerous times coverd they Coverd my furnace and hot water tank exzaust. I have a large yard no reason to put it near my house. Had to hire a different company to clean up there mess last year.

I have relied on Class A lawn service for almost 10 years. I am always so pleased at the professional job they do on the yard. I have had many compliments about how beautiful and weed free the lawn looks. Special requests are also communicated immediately to the landscape workers by the obliging and very courteous office management. I recommend Class A highly.

I used this company to clean my windows inside and out and they were absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job.

Seasonal snow removal agreement.Very inconsistent, often let multiple now falls pile up, didn’t specify city sidewalks were not going to be done (which seems counter intuitive to paying for snow removal). They guarantee removal within 24 hours of end of snow fall. Absolutely not the case, even if it was two days, or three with notification it would be ok. Customer service has been mediocre at best.

Signed one year contract. Asked for someone to overseed, do some landscaping .. was told that he would come over to estimate. Never heard anything at all from him, ever. Theres a job your company lost. Now the snow… snow was taken from my driveway and put up against neighbors garage, also, left a snow ridge along the side of my house covering my basement window. When I reported this, he came back and just removed the snow from my window, and left the rest. I have a narrow driveway.. and I want my driveway clean. fortunately, my neighbors daughter ( who works with you ) came and took some away … I do not like the feeling of being dismissed in not getting what was told to me. I have expressed my feelings with Marc, he knows how I feel.. I will live up to the contract , however, if this does not rectify itself, I will be looking for another company in the spring.

This the first year that I have had the experience of using Class A Service Ltd. for snow removal. The service that we have received has been beyond reproach. It snowed, the crew was on hand to clear the driveway even before it totally quite snowing. I highly recommend this service. I will likely be trying additional services they have to offer
