I rented a 400 lb manual hoist to lift a small gas furnace (less than 100 lbs) up to an attic. The hoist worked great. When we returned the lift they informed me that they send it out to be checked over. When they got the report back they said i over exerted the lift and it needed repairs. I told them that it was impossible that the furnace weighed less than 100 lbs they still charged me for repairs that could never exist. I wont rent from them again, and possibly wont shop at Lowe's either.

Both of the staff I met were very helpful. In particular, Kaylynn. She helped me unload a cement mixer. I would definitely recommend Stephenson Rentals. 5 stars.

Very bad communication had an issue where one of their machines would not start called them was promised to follow up. Tried to get me another machine but could not had a crew waiting around that was getting paid while I was waiting for a phone call. Was told I would get a discount and that's all they can do then when I returned it and they actually charged me on my card I was charged full price. Go to complete rentals they are cheaper they provide ramps or help you get it on the truck and much nicer people with no attitude. Very disappointed in the service would not recommend

I would give 0 if possible, we order rentals and they call at the day of delivery and told that they can not delivery machine as it is not available, and sometimes it happens !!! Not reliable, such a poor service .
