One of the lady driver over charged as I was not aware of the flat rate on their website , after realizing she overcharged me , was told to get matter resolved on Facebook business page via messenger, but guess what , business owner says she made error in receipt , and she is driver who undercharges and not the other way around !So smart never pay cash ! There’s no proof ! Still there is no proof as there’s no actual receipt that says your ride cost flat rate plus tip , it will just show you total dollar value you paid under your orders in App . There’s no way to tell what exact amount was , unless they as business could see .Just was not happy with the conduct !Was not asking for any refund but matter of ethics why lie and cheat this not how you make money !Hope karma serves you at your best !

This is definitely the cheapest, best ride service in the Niagara region. And Matt is the best driver who works there hands down. Most are great, but a few have odour issues(bad breath, bad smelling car). Some drivers won't take pre-orders because they're looking to take the most expensive trips, so sometimes there's a pretty long wait. But it's worth it to not have to take original, they are douchebags.

Could not recommend enough! Fantastic service and lovely reliable drivers. Very thankful for the service this company provides. Not being from Ontario, I was stuck in Niagara Falls and this company and it’s drivers pulled through to help me get to where I needed to go for a very competitive price. Definitely better than any Uber I’ve ever taken! Thanks again! Very pleased with my choice over Uber or Lyft.

We were waiting for one hour, and nobody came to pick us up. We requested another driver, who charged us more money. But we needed to travel urgently, so we accepted. I do not recommend it.The reservation was made on your app. Friday 21 at 4 pm from Niagara falls to Stratford, made 24 hours in advance. During this time the driver was changed 6 or 7 times. Finally nobody cames. The route Niagara-Stratfod is not on the list. The driver who finally cames (second reservation) charged us $270. An excessive price. The route Niagara-London is similar and costs $225. The payment was made in cash. I don't know how you're going to refund me the money. I was on vacation, and now I'm not in Canada.

UPDATE: Please if you have a service dog do not call this company if you do not have a back up source. On Jun18th I was REFUSED service. Texted for a ride from Fort Eire Racetrack to Welland. Let them know I had vendor equipment and even showed a photo. The driver showed up and once he saw my dog started to run for his car. Then stated and I quote I am not taking that dog" I offered to show my dr's note as my dog was not in gear at the time. The driver then claimed allergies and took off. I texted the company stating their driver had left without me. No reply. Waited and then called only to be told they where talking to the driver and would deal with it. Waiting 30 min to stated I was still wondering what was going on. No reply. So called then told to text. After another wait was told no driver was excepting the call. I let them know I was now stranded and was told to call another company. This is a clear refusal of service and a violation on AODA law. Sorry two strikes your out. My comments on their fb are also being deleted.I would love to give 5 starts but after being stranded in St.Catharines after texting I waited over an hour and a half

A friend of mine told me about Loyal T and I was looking forward to giving them a try. My family and I needed a ride from St. Catherine’s to Welland today. I booked via the app twice and both bookings were cancelled. I tried calling and there was no answer. I called a taxi instead who came right away. While my experience was terrible, it’s clear that the company isn’t all bad. I just caution you to have a plan B in the event something like this happens.

Absolutely the worst Rideshare company I have ever used! My driver was Kathleen, very rude and ignorant especially when regarding pricing. She smoked in the car after I asked her not too. I'll stick to Original Delivery and zoom zoom. Cheaper and better service.

The driver charged me 40 dollars from Jordan station to St. Catharines. My sister who calls the same taxi service pays 22 dollars from Jordan station to anywhere in St. Catharines. I tried several times to contact them but they never answered or replied. Very poor. I called Original the very next morning and got a fare of 16 dollars!!! I will be using Original from now on. Tha nks a bunch Original! I recommend Original taxi to anyone.
