I can’t say enough great things about this place. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and my dog is always treated wonderfully. You can tell they truly care about animals!

They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had our cat fixed and they even called to check up on him.

Many people might think they have the best vet, but unless they trust their pet to Norwich Veterinary Service, they are wrong.The staff here are fantastic, patient, knowledgeable, professional. The price is right and the care is excellent. I have only ever had positive experiences here and trust their judgment and care implicitly.My dog, who is an excellent judge of both character and service says 10/10 would neuter again.

We had 2 cats with ear infection that was driving them crazy. That is now gone.Jenn helped us put down a disabled horse with utmost compassion from Jenn.They have taken care of our two dogs throwout their long lives.The staff is fantastic, the vetts are fantastic!I love these people, you cant find anyone else that will reach their standard!"

This vet is great! From the front desk to the techs to the vets, everyone is always very kind, professional and courteous. They treat each of my animals with care and with gentleness. They're typically also able to book appointments for my pets within days of calling if they are able and can work around schedules well.

We've brought our pets here since 2012. Everyone here is kind, happy, and helpful. They also don't mind oxford commas.

We have had an outstanding experience at the Norwich vet, working with Dr. Julia and her incredible team. Unfortunately we lost our old boy Bo recently and the dignity, love and care that was offered to us as we put him down was priceless. We thank them deeply.

Had a wonderful experience! The vet that took care of my girls was amazing and super kind, she took the time to actually make sure everything was understood on my end and answered my questions,, I didn't feel rushed at all which was a nice change! The Staff was also wonderful to deal with! Other vet clinics have a cold demeanor, seems like they are just rushing you. I'm glad they had room for new patients, and my babies have a place I can trust and feel they are getting the best care. I will 100% recommend! My girls (Shiloh -15 and Isis- 14) *note, Egyptian moon goddess is what she's named after, lol* thank you so very much for the treats, and kindness.
