We love our new awning. The company is professional, responsive, and a local family business. Time from order to installation exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result. The Mr. Awnings team even went above and beyond to install our awning before our daughter's birthday party which we greatly appreciated.

Joe was very responsive when I left a request to contact. He was very nice, explained the process and quote. Although, we did go with another company.

We had a great experience with Mr Awnings. Our large, retractable Sunesta patio awning is fantastic. Mr. Awnings provided excellent support and service throughout the purchase and installation processes. Zach came to our home, walked us through the various options, showed us a large assortment of fabric colors, took measurements, and provided pricing. Placing an order was simple and Paula kept us informed as the awning was quickly assembled and then shipped to Massachusetts. The installation team arrived on time and professionally installed it. Our Sunesta awning is a wonderful addition to our home.

I recently expanded my house which included a large deck with southern exposure which meant it was almost too hot to enjoy. After comparing several products with different vendors, I chose Mr. Awnings not because they were the least expensive but because of the level of response/service and product quality with Mr. Awnings. Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional, courteous and transparent. They also kept me informed about the order. I would recommend them to anyone - good customer service is hard to find so it was good to find it with Mr. Awnings. Btw, I bought a 20' awning that I love and don't regret it for a minute.Eileen

I highly recommend Mr. Awnings. I was immediately hooked by the quick response to my product inquiry and interaction with Paula. Prompt scheduling with sales person Jay- to see my deck and help me select the best product and size for my space. Installation was done in the time frame agreed upon- the installers arrived on time and with everything needed to do a perfect job. The installers were friendly professional and cleaned up all debris. The awning is beautiful, high quality and durable. We found Mr Awning after a search because we were disappointed by another company we had done business with years ago. I wish I had found Mr Awning first. My suggestion, if you are even thinking about calling Mr Awning- do it- you won’t be disappointed by the attention and professionalism.

Mr. Awnings replaced the fabric on my retractable awning (20'x10') a few weeks ago and it was great. I recommend them.I was hesitant at first because of (1) a few reviews I saw and (2) fabric replacement is paid up front - but then I called 3 of their references and they absolutely loved them. Everyone emphasized and appreciated that they're a small, local family business. This was true because I had great text and email conversations with Paula who was very helpful.I did my own measurements and picked fabric from an online catalog that they sent me. I trusted them and paid up front so that they could order the fabric. I received a phone call about a day later confirming and fine tuning the details. They estimated 4 weeks turnaround to get the fabric but considering the craziness happening right now set the expectation that it could be longer - but sure enough 4 weeks later I got a text and they installed 2 days later. It took them 45 minutes to do the work and it looks great. Right in time for hot weather.Thank you Paula and team!

Excellent experience from consultation to sales to installation. We enjoy our awning nearly every day. Should have done this years ago.

I’ve gotten so many compliments on my bee awning! Zack came out to give me an estimate, walked me through the process and I was able to pick a fabric while he was here. The fabric I chose ended up being on back order, but Paula was excellent about contacting me immediately with options. I stuck with the same fabric and decided to wait. It was still quick even with the back order. Overall an excellent experience and I’d recommend Mr. Awning to anyone
