I had my ABS lights come on after a trail run, Peter and his colleague were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule on stand by. They figured it out quick and I learned a couple things. Professional shop, that was referred by another shop in town that didn’t have a lift available as I was just passing town. Thanks again and with your business the best!

After having my tire fly off on the highway shearing off all my lug nuts and sparks flying as my rotor dug into the asphalt at 90km/h, I checked reviews online and found trail tire to be the place I figured I'd take my truck to. Being mechanicly inclined, I don't take my vehicle in much as I do most repairs myself, but being 900kms from home I had no choice. The mechanic I felt with was an awesome down to earth guy that understood that I just wanted the basics. Have the tire back on and it can roll and stop. Hack off what you have too etc. I can take care of everything else back home.Buddy had it done in about an hour! Total cost $290! I was so pleased. Great job! Highly recommended. My dad who lives in town will be seeing you guys from now on.Note: This was 100% my fault. I had put these tires on before we left for the trip. Because it was blowing snow and -26c, I got lazy andI DID NOT RE-TORQUE.As you can clearly see, it wasn't worth it at all. To f'n bad if your cold, wet, whatever. ALWAYS re-torque.

Awesome service.Needed winter tires replaced as the old tires were horrible, called on way down from Prince George, was told they would have tires the next day. I arrived at my appointed time, they took the car right in, job was done far quicker than I thought it would be.Front lobby of shop is clean, and comfortable while you wait.If I ever need service while coming through Williams Lake this will be my first choice.

Was passing through town and had truck problems. Everyone I tried through Quesnel and Williams Lake was too busy and backed up for weeks. These guys were busy but said pull in and we’ll have a look when they found out I was on a roadtrip and desperate. Found I had a broken axle. They got the part delivered and had it fixed in about an hour. They were good guys and genuinely cared and concerned to get me back on the road. The cost was very fair too. I was really thankful for the great service.Support this business. It’s hard to find genuine service now days.Thanks Trail Tire!

If I could rate them 10 stars I would! I have dealt with trail tire on a few occasions and it had been nothing but pleasant! I recently got my brakes done, and they were one of the lowest quotes in town, and so friendly. I ended up getting charged less than my quote so they aren’t out to rip off their customers! They have 100% gained my loyalty and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to my family and friends!

Very helpful and very fair priced. I needed my summer tires off and my winter tires put on so I could go to Vancouver. Everything was ready to go at my appointment time. They did a good Tire inspection as well. Trail Tire will be my go-to tire store in Williams Lake.

On our way back home from Williams lake and noticed the truck vibrate badly at high speed. Try to find a tire shop to have it repair. Most of them are fully booked and can't help us. But my luck changed when we try Trail tire auto center. The lady at the counter was so understanding that she fitted us in right away and the truck was fixed.Friendly service and honest price. Highly recommended.
