Indo Designer Rugs not only have excellent quality and beautiful rugs, they have exceptional service! I purchased 3 rugs from them and upon delivery of the living room and dining room rug, Nishant and his team spent two hours at my home making sure the rugs and under pad were perfectly positioned in the room. The third rug was for the master bedroom, and I changed my mind and Nishant came out again with four rugs to choose from. Rana explained the differences to me in detail at the store and told me to get all four in my room to make sure I get the best one. I really appreciated the patience and care Rana, Nishant and his team gave to me throughout the whole experience. In the end I have beautiful heirlooms and could not be happier. My wife Clare and I recently purchased two rugs from Indo Designer Rugs, the store having been recommended to us by a friend. We were certainly not disappointed. The selection of fine rugs of all sizes and types was impressive, and the quality uniformly excellent. Just as important the service offered by the knowledgeable, courteous and very patient staff really set us at ease. At the best of times selecting rugs is a trial, and permitting customers to take several rugs home for a 48 hour trial is really helpful in making that perfect choice. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience.

I visited their store couple weeks ago, looking for matching Mahi design Persian rugs, I was greeted, I believe by the son of the owner, who was very helpful, polite and professional. Then his father (I believe) joined the conversation and started off being incredibly rude to me with his misunderstandings, I tried to ignore him and continue my conversation with the son but every time the guy would jump into the conversation and say something rude. While his son was showing me some rugs that had close traditional designs, The old guy said loudly to his son: don't waste your time

Our purchase of a beautiful rug from Indo Designer Rugs was a very positive experience from our first visit to the store to installation in our home. Rana was personable, knowledgeable and most helpful, particularly when he arrived at our house and supervised the placement of our rug. As well, the young man with him was very pleasant. Together they did a great job. My wife and I are thrilled with our purchase. We highly recommend Indo Designer Rugs if you’re interested in purchasing a quality hand knotted rug.

My wife and I had been looking for a large rug for our new apartment and chose to visit the long-established Indo Designer Rugs on 17th Ave SW. We were met by Mike who very graciously showed us around and explained the different rug types to us. We had selected a 7x9 ft Chobi rug from their website but found on inspection that the colors were not quite what we had expected. Mike then very quickly showed us several other rugs and we found one that we liked and now own. Their 48 Hour Test drive of the new rug in our home was most useful and the rug never left our house after that. The store is frankly amazing with so many high-quality rugs and some very interesting pieces of furniture. The whole experience was a joy and we will be back before too long to see what other rugs or pieces of furniture we can make our own. I should note that we had looked at the modern rugs on the website and on initial viewing I did not think they would appeal to me. If you visit the store I strongly suggest that you view these rugs because, in person , they are frankly stunning. I find it hard to believe that anyone will leave the store without a smile on their face and a rug under their arms, we will be back.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We came in with a specific budget and carpet size and they allowed us to take two carpets home for a few days to see how they worked. We were so impressed with the quality of the rug that we ended up buying two more smaller rugs.

We were looking for a colourful, contemporary rug made from natural fibres. We also wanted to support a Good Weave business. Indo Designer Rugs is the place to go! This local business has a beautiful showroom, many colour, size and style selections and fair pricing. We received personal service from knowledgeable staff who followed all safety protocols. Nishant patiently answered our many questions (first as we browsed online and then in the store) and showed us different rugs. Undecided between two options, we were ale to try them in our home before making the purchase. They even helped install the rug with the under pad. We love our new wool and silk rug.
