Despite my dog not being a good fit I was impressed with this establishment. It was well organized and felt very homey vr a true kennel. Once we sort some behaviours out we will be trialling Ruff Stuff again.

My dog has been going to ruff stuff for boarding and daycare for 2 years now. It is great leaving her somewhere I know she will be so happy and well taken care of. They are great with giving her one on one time and finding her new friends to hang out with. She comes home tired and happy

Ruff Stuff has been taking care of my Jack Russel Terrier since he was 5 months old; he is now a spritely 16 years. Our 2 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi was introduced this year. I trust Ruff Stuff with my 2 constant companions. They take care of my dogs with devoted attention. Thank you to Ruff Stuff and their devoted staff.

Ruff Stuff has cared for our dog Sunshine since she was a puppy and is our first choice for boarding . Ruff Stuff is safe , trustworthy and the staff truly love our dog and all the dogs whole heartedly. When Sunshine stays at Ruff Stuff we have full peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands . The hardest part about Sunshine boarding at Ruff Stuff is the feeling of missing her! The daily posts on Instagram are such a nice touch and it’s amazing the staff take the time to post with such intention ! Our dog Sunshine feels happy and comfortable and confident when she stays with Ruff Stuff. And we feel the same .

Our dog has been there several times now and he loves it. We just picked him up after a long stay and he was happy to see us and looked so well. They have an i diagram feed where you can see how happy and playful your pup. They ah e good protocols to minime any separation anxiety at drop off. Super grateful we were able to go away and feel our pup was loved and cared for. Thank you to The Ruff Stuff crew.

Our young Bernese Mountain Dog, Juno, had a positive experience during her recent daycare trial in advance of boarding. The staff were very caring and knowledgeable and followed a thoughtful introduction protocol to ensure safety and a fun experience. Communication through registration, drop-off and pick-up was excellent and any questions we had, were responded to promptly. Juno and her pawrents are looking forward to future visits.

Highly recommend Ruff Stuff Dog Services! Both of my dogs have a blast when boarding and I, as an owner, feel confident knowing my dogs are being loved and being provided amazing care while I am away. All staff members I have spoken with are so lovely and are great at posting pictures of the dogs on social media so owners can see how much fun their dogs are having!

Another great stay for my dog Roo at Ruff Stuff. He took the shuttle to Squamish and back to Vancouver which is very convenient. At the end of his stay we recieved a doggy report card on how he did. I highly recommend Ruff Stuff.
