Excellent place to shop for toys and children's accessories from 0 months to up to 12 years etc quite a good variety and range of toys for all purposes education, fun, playing, sports, etc. I went to buy birthday gifts for three different age groups. Amazing customer service and very friendly. The store was neatly organized and very clean.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. I porches a car seat for my new baby he just Born on March.I installed the car seat I have noticed it's stack! I went in the store I told them the problem. They said I will check it. They come and check it. It was some problem. I asked okay I would like to exchange. They told me no exchange or refund because it has been installed you have call manufactur. It doesn't make sense at all if something is wrong you have to exchange or refund it doesn't matter if it is installed or open.

Went to buy a stroller and Stephanie went above and beyond to help us with amy questions. We were unsure if it will fit in the car and she got the box out and helped us with it to our car which couldn't fit. She ended up ordering it for us online at the store. Thank you for such a professional and friendly service!

Stopped here on a trip to Ottawa, been years since I've stopped at a Toys R Us. The staff and Manger were very friendly and very helpful the store was amazingly clean and well lit. Store was immaculately organized.

Terrible customer service at this store. I wanted to return an unopened foosball and their behaviour to me was terrible. Never shopping at T r us again !

This Toys R Us has always been a favourite for me they have a very good variety of toys! Since the new release of Fnaf Security Breach I’ve been trying so hard to find one of the collectable Statues and after looking at all the toys r us’s in Ottawa they had it here. I was so glad they had it as it was for Christmas. The prices are a reasonable price and the staff are also very polite and helpful. Overall this Toys R Us is really good and earns my five stars.

We had such a great experience at this Toys R Us location this morning. During COVID, they were able to open early for our family to shop safely. The store was clean and well-organized with exceptional staff helping us. Even Geoffrey the Giraffe greeted us with his mask on.The store has so many new toys to choose from with the holidays coming that my kids did not know where to look first. We will be back shopping here again soon. :)

Even with the amazing selection and amazing prices it is the customer service is really what separates this ToysRus from the rest. All of the employees are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help out their customers. One of the Managers Matt has gone above and beyond to help me out on numerous occasions. Another employee Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well.

This is the BEST location in Ottawa. Very friendly staff, awesome management and great customer service - we’ve gotten furniture, baby accoutrements, toys and more. Always happy with our dealings, and customer satisfaction is important here.
