I purchased some items online after seeing them on Instagram. They look amazing as described and picture after I received the items in Edmonton. But most importantly, the customer service at Lace and Charm was above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Lace & Charm! I just received my first purchase in the mail yesterday (My Angel Faux Fur Sherpa Bomber Jacket) and it did NOT disappoint!! Even though I have nowhere to wear it to right now - I modeled it around the house last night and can't wait to rock it in style when things open up again. I just want to purchase more and more!! Lace & Charm - you are not helping my online shopping addiction. Thank you! The service was great, the sizing was perfect, the delivery was fast and I loved the packaging with the little thank you note. I WILL be back!!!
