Shea Bros Drainage

This was my first experience with Shea Bros and it was a really pleasant one I would recommend them with confidence. The first person I spoke with Kim ( a very pleasant person ) sets a very pleasant vibe and is great to work with. The construction crew was fast efficient and curtious.GOOD JOB !!!! Nobody available week after New Year's to perform emergency repairs . Nobody in the office either to return messages or be send to give quote.

Shea Bros recently completed the replacement of sanitary sewer line on my residential property. They had excellent communication on game plan and kept me updated on timelines for completion. On day of the job they were on time and completed everything as discussed. I would recommend Shea Bros for any drainage work required.

Shea Brother's Project Manager diagnosed our problem and within two weeks they were there to carry out the repairs. We had a small water line leak, somewhere between the Enwin curb stop and the house. The Project Manager described how they would go about fixing the problem.The team showed up promptly on the day they said they would and went to work fixing the problem. The Crew Chief had assigned different tasks to his crew and they carried out their jobs simultaneously. The Project Manager stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned. The different crew members were more than willing to discuss with me exactly what they were doing as they carried out their tasks. Although they had to dig up portions of the front lawn, they were able to leave the garden up by the house intact. At any given time there was no less than 5 men working on the job. To a person, they were polite and friendly.I highly recommend Shea Brothers to anyone who needs this type of work done.

We ended up with sewage water in our basement and learned that the sewage line on our property was clay pipes. The clay pipes (installed when our home was built in the 1920's) had roots coming through the seams. We learned this increased the risk of future basement flooding and therefore decided to replace the pipes. We contracted Shea Bros. Drainage and would give them an A+++! Sedeem came to our home the same day we reached out to provide a comprehensive quote. Kim, the Office Administrator, was easy to reach, responded the same day and always had a smile. The crew that worked on our home worked hard, were strong communicators and completed the work within the committed time frame. They did a phenomenal job! This team has a strong background of experience in which their clients benefit. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I had a broken main sewer that was causing a foul odor throughout my rental, the next day shea bros was out to take a look and by the following Monday they started the job, they were able to squeeze me in due to the urgency of the repair, there secretary kim was great and kept me posted by email regularly, they also installed a backwatervalve too, that Monday when I went by to check on there progress they were already done! And they did a great job too, highly recommend these guys

We had a damaged drain cleanout that had been punched down into the waste drain of our residential property by heavy equipment used for commercial fibre cable installation. Our front yard is beautifully landscaped and we were fretting over the likely damage this excavation and repair would cause.Shea Bros arrived and did a precision hydro/vacuum excavation after removing a small square of sod. Once down about 9 feet the damaged “T” was removed and repaired with a new cleanout to the surface.Excellent work and a fantastic result. You cannot even tell there was an excavation and repair it is so clean and neat. Thank you Sedeem & Shea Bros crew!!

Disappointed with my recent dealing with Shea Bros. Their communication was not good although their assistant Kimberly was great. There were a variety of small concerns, that they addressed. I scored them above average.

If it was possible to give 0 stars we would… we were given a quote for the job and then received a bill 40% higher than said quote. They took away more dirt than they should have and then had to truck more in. We were then charged for their mistakes! We spoke to them multiple times about this and the extra trucking charges and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Very unprofessional company.
