I had a grandmother clock Repaired he did amazing into my house set it up I have lost my mother and father when the clock started ticking it was like my parents heartbeats started again in my house it was so cool and moving ! He is knowledgeable professional Kind person I would highly recommend him !

We recently purchased a grandfather clock. The chimes and times did not coordinate. Over the phone Frank very patiently walked me through the process of adjustment! Highly recommend him! If he can help me he can help anyone!

Do not call Frank's Clock Repair to fix your clock! Find someone else. He charged us $350 dollars to clean our antique French clock. After several return visits, he still could not get it to work properly. He told us that it is an old clock and these things happen. We got a second opinion from another company, just to see if they could do anything for us. Much to our surprise they informed us that the clock was never taken apart, let alone cleaned!!! Frank collected the money and didn't do a thing.

Frank was fantastic. He came to Vernon from Kelowna for no extra charge. Within an hour he had our beautiful cookoo clock working. He even fixed a feature of the clock that hasn't worked for years. He was very knowledgeable of his trade. He also gave us our clock's history and how to maintain it in the future. Thank you Frank!
