My parents are thinking about buying an old house and renovate it. We went to RS homes and we were very satisfied with the expirence. The people there were very helpful, patient and professional. If we do buy the house we definitely will hire RS homes to do the renovation.

Zero starts if I could. I'm a highly valued engineer with over 10 years of experience that's worked on residential, commercial, government and transit projects. Reached out to Ramtin Sotoadeh for a new build with very detailed information. Had to explain everything again during the phone conversation. He was very rude and abusive with statement of me being young and incompetent. All I needed from the conversation was to find out the price of build and set up future meetings with the client. He was beating around the bushes with pricing and was spending most of the time trying to get info on the team I work with, which was absolutely irrelevant to the project. When I rejected his questions he used shaming words such as unprofessional, incompetent, and you are not someone I want to work with". Absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

A friend told me about this new gated community being developed in Aurora called Wellington Woods. My husband and I were quite interested in getting a new place and we were looking into custom built houses, apparently this is one of them. I talked to the sales representatives from RS Homes and they were extremely helpful. Even though the project is beyond our budget at this moment, we would definitely love to work with RS Homes in the future, and highly recommend this lovely family company.

We moved into our completed house in March 2022. The 10-month project was completed on time and we felt fully informed all the way on the status of completion. Overall, our major renovation was so extensive on construction (only the original foundation and some exterior walls remained) that we effectively received an incredible new custom home with high quality finishes and design. RS Homes has a terrific set of trades who are highly professional and take pride in their workmanship which is shown in their willingness to keep coming back and make adjustments until the customer is satisfied. Being able to deal directly with the owner (Ramtin) is a huge advantage over other custom build companies - and that paid off whenever there were disagreements on pricing, clarity on scope of contract or quality of service. Ramtin consistently stepped in and made sure that through his brother (Ramsin, Senior Project Manager), we were ultimately happy. We would recommend that anyone considering a new custom build or major renovation give RS Homes a call as you will not be disappointed - they stand behind their family owned name and business.
