Budget Inn

Rooms weren't the Ritz. But the rooms were very clean. The rates were super cheap. But the owners were very sweet.

Budget Inn has clean rooms, friendly staff and decent furniture. You get what you pay for, so don't expect a 5-star experience.

Nice staff n good location. But don’t expect the ritz but do expect the basement of the ritz. Lol. U get what u pay for. A little money spent would go a long way n would draw a higher nightly rate in return.

Five stars because you get exactly what you pay for. Clean place in quiet area backing onto conservation area. Friendly staff. Very affordable

We slept in a room that was gross. First thing I noticed in the room was a big spider and spider webs all over the room. The smoke detector in the room did not work (against the law), the sheets on the bed had stains on them as well as the furnature also had stains. The walls had a lot of damage and stains. The washroom light flickered so much it could have easily given someone a seizure. The light switch when you entered the room did not work, you had to go to the other side of the room to turn on the lights. The carpet in the room had duct tape and huge rips. The blinds in the room looked as if someone had slashed them with a knife. The wall heater had a bunch of duct tape on it (fire hazard?) There was urine in the toilet from I would assume the previous people that had stayed in the room. Sure it's a cheap room but that was unacceptable.

Rooms are very reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and the place is quiet.

Great place if you don't want to break the bank. Rooms may be a bit dated but it's clean, rooms are always available and it's very quiet. Best place to stay in Windsor for the price!

Staff were pleasant but this hotel hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time and definitely doesn’t get a good cleaning between guests. Found a bug in my bed and when I looked it up.....bed bugs! Yikes I didn’t jump out of that bed fast enough. I’m going to get a refund on the second night. No way get me out of here

I stayed there during Chrysler Shut down spring 2015 - just needed a place to Sleep & Relax - Good price when you talk (deal)with the owner manager - as for cleanliess - its fair - but you get what you pay for - you can hear the trucks engines running in the morning - the fuses tripped a few times- took about an hour to get it reset - once your in your room they don't change the bedding or clean the bathrooms- it takes a long time to get hot water - the room door is not secure --the whole place needs updating & some TLC --- I just wish they put the Johns & prostitutes in a different section of the Motel - guessing they didnt know -- other wise ok
