I went for a shellac manicure and the technician cut me while she was doing it, then the polish chipped within less than 24 hours. I went back to the salon and asked to have my manicure fixed the next day and the same technician worked on me and cut me AGAIN, this time causing bleeding that did not even stop by the time I left the salon. They did not fix my nails properly, just adding more layers of colour on top of the chipped coats. I left with super thick polish on my nails (5+coats)and a bloody finger. They did not apologize. They made me feel uncomfortable and basically rushed me out the door. I emailed afterwards asking for a refund and they have not responded. Do not go to this salon.

My recent experience at this salon was really disappointing. I booked for a pedicure days before but when I arrived there was no record of it and a lot of confusion, like it was my fault. Anyone who’s been to this salon knows that it’s a small place. Although all 7 pedicure chairs were empty, I was sat in the chair right next to the door. It wasn’t an exceptionally cold day (February and snowing outside) but it was sure cold sitting by a door that didn’t close properly. To add to this, the soaking water was tepid and not warm at all, so it added to the chill. Not a relaxing experience at all. The technician did a really poor job exfoliating my feet and lower legs, and I wasn’t happy with the way she trimmed my nails. All in all, it wasn’t a great experience and I’ll be looking for a new nail salon after this.

I have been coming here for many years and switched girls to suit what I liked and ended up with Queenie she is the best. So sweet and actually cares alot about her work she's doing on you. Highly recommend. ❤️

The tech was super rough with sanding down the nail. Never had such a painful experience with a fill before this and had fills probably over 50 times. Shape was great but it literally looks like a week of regrowth and I just left the salon. Probably wouldn't come back but figured I'd give it a chance based on all the positive reviews.

After trying most nail salons in the tri-cities and not being particularly happy with either the customer service or workmanship, I tried Richelle Nails and Spa. This was around 5 years ago and I haven’t been anywhere else since! Friendly staff, clean environment and consistent work. My nails barely ever break and on the off chance that one does, it’s fixed for me no problem. Richelle is patient, kind and has an attention to detail like no other! In my opinion, this and the Port Moody location are the best nail salons in the tri-cities!

Ive been here 3 or 4 times now, it is very rushed and they usually chip/peel after not long. Today my gel manicure was only 20 minutes long (at other salons its about 35 because they take their time). There was a bubble in the polish that I didnt notice until getting home, after doing regular chores the bubble popped and my polish is peeling. There are two other salons I go to that are much better.

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing nail salon! The speed and precision of their work is truly unmatched, and I was blown away by the incredible results they delivered - exactly what I wanted!On top of that, their pricing for such exceptional nail designs is more than reasonable, making them a true standout in the area. Highly recommend!

Worst nail salon I have been to. The girl who did my pedicure did not cut my nails properly. No massage, I was out of there within 35 mins. The worst place to get nails done.
