Used these services in North Vancouver. The bin was dropped when requested and picked up on time. The drivers were courteous and efficient. There was a small issue re a fuel surcharge by the recycle/disposal facility. My concern was listened to, responded to respectfully and immediately addressed to my complete satisfaction. We recently engaged the services of Bin There Disposal Services for a much needed clean out of our garage and various household items. From my initial inquiry, through to drop off and collection of the bin, their service was first class. They were able to accommodate my request at short notice and made the whole process very smooth and efficient. Kevin the owner was very helpful answering all my questions. Dan who delivered the bin was polite, friendly and understanding when I had miscalculated how wide the driveway entrance would be to maneuver the truck and bin in, resulting in him needing to return to their depot nearby to collect a smaller size truck and bin!
