London Itech is the ONLY place we goto get computers fixed and replace equipment.The service is absolutely exceptional and consistent every time. Whenever you pick up that phone to call, you know you are going to get awesome advice without any pressure to buy anything at all.The Owner is a real professional and clearly loves what he does because he goes above and beyond for every single question you have, regardless of the size of the transaction.Best features: Screen replacements for laptops and cell phones; Buying Bluetooth wireless earbuds and cables for many different types of devices; and AWESOME prices on used laptops.

Edward made me very happy after a bitter experience I had elsewhere.My Razer laptop had a broken pin in the charging port, I sent it to Razer for repairs, they billed me over 1,200 dollars in total, excluding $99 diagnosis fee, What?!! I requested for it to be sent back. when my laptop came, it worse than before. My battery was swapped, and a plastic bag with the screws was taped to the laptop.When I took it to London Itech, Edward was very nice and professional, he provided a solution that cost roughly 250 CAD all inclusive…..in a thousand years, I cant go elsewhere.

Today I went there to shop for any reasonable mobile phone package. The owner of the shop spent a lot of time with me and explained the pros and cons of all the different providers and their packages.Never pushed me to make a decision.Very honest person.Finally, I signed up for a reasonable phone package. Also,he sells a lot of electronic stuff,unbelievably reasonable. I bought a smartwatch and definitely I go there for my next laptop computer.

Great shop! Very professionnal!My favorite IT shop in Winnipeg since more than 3 years now.Edward is a genius. My laptop died and I was about to loose all my data but thanks to Edward I get every single file back.You wanna buy computers (laptop, desktop, new, second hand, ...) cellphones, cameras, any it device, I will definitely recommend London Itec. Besides his price are very affordable

This company truly goes above and beyond with their customer service. I brought a drone in for repair and though some unforeseen difficulties arose, (no fault of theirs whatsoever) they helped resolve the issue by finding an alternate solution immediately. On top of that, because the repair didn’t go EXACTLY as planned, they even took a significant amount off of our earlier agreed upon price. I will be giving London Itech more business in the future 100% , no question. I almost wish something else was broken just so I could go back and hang out with them. Extremely courteous, very friendly, 10/5 stars

I had a laptop repair store right next to my place but I instead came here and I am glad I did! Fixed my laptop issues within reasonable timing and pricing. Keep up the good work!

We've been going to London Tech for quite a few years. Edward's services are exceptional. One small example is my earbuds. I always had problems with my past earbuds getting all crackly-sounding and then dying on me. I bought new earbuds from Edward, and they are lasting the test of time. He also spends time with you to explain things so that you can make informed decisions about your tech purchases. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Friendly and professional.
