SERVPRO of Brighton were hired to complete the reconstruction of our house after another company kept dragging on and on with the insurance company. Dave Betts came in, quoted the job and had the claim approved with the insurance company in no time! Since we were already behind the ball, Dave did all he could to get our reconstruction done as quickly as possible. Every contractor that came into our house was polite, professional and great at their trade. I would recommend SERVPRO of Brighton/Howell for ANY home mitigation/reconstruction job. They are really a standup organization.

These guys deserve every one of the 5 stars in their Google rating. This is an outstanding company. Craig and team took great care of our water damage situation, were fast and flexible, ensured excellent-quality workmanship from friendly, reliable crews, and did it all for a fair price. They worked well with our insurance company too. Highly recommend.

The people at Servpro Brighton are simply the best in the business. We had a huge water loss last winter while my wife was pregnant. The Servpro team was very considerate of our needs and made the best out of a bad situation. With a quick turn around we were back in our home in no time! I would recommend them to anyone!!!Also they have the best office dogs around!

After a horrible building experience where our builder left two inches of silt in our basement due to their contractors turning off the sump, this team did an awesome job. It was professional and an absolutely perfect job. From the quoting process to the finished day communication was top notch and the crew was always friendly and professional. I would recommend this team and this organization over and over. Thank you guys as our basement finally looks like a brand new basement like it should have.
