I have been with Qbord since 2014 and I have had good experiences so far! Qbord makes it easy for members to complete surveys and earn points for rewards. When enough points are accumulated, members have the opportunity of redeeming their points through a variety of options. Recently, I had enough points to redeem a Visa gift card that I can use anywhere. I am so excited and I feel very fortunate to be apart of Qbord. I am going to continue taking surveys and have positive experiences!

I do a lot of surveys for various different panels and this on SUCKS! When they rebranded a few years back I've had nothing but problems. Like other people have said in other reviews, I redeemed a $50 keg GC in Dec 2021.....still haven't gotten it. Emailed several times with no acknowledgement. Even files a complaint with BBB and nothing came of it. Don't even bother with Qbord, it's a waste of time

Do not bother joining Qbord. They used to be good, but their service and responsiveness have gone out the window. I made a redemption in April 2020 and have yet to receive it, despite their website stating redemptions are processed on the 15th of every month. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have not received any response from them.What is the use of joining Qbord if they don't pay you for your time and effort?I would have given Qbord a 0 if possible. There are better panels out there that do pay you - go join them.Update - my redemption went through on June 11. I am updating my rating to a 3. Customer service did not respond to any of my emails, so be weary of joining this panel. Redemptions are harder than they should be and getting in contact with customer support is even harder.

qbord is the most misleading company I have ever dealt with. They send out surveys by e-mail asking you to fill them out. In exchange, they reward you points. However, when it is time to redeem your reward points for gift certificates, they do not honour your order and send you the gift certificate. I have wait for a long time and received. I have written several e-mails and left numerous voice mails. No reply. Stay away from qbord. Total waste of time. I would rate a 0 stars if I could. Even giving 1 is too generous.

Have been filling out the RARE surveys they've sent me over the past several years and finally amassed enough points for a $50 Amazon gift card. Put my order in for the card, received confirmation of the order, but no gift card! Have sent them several e-mails about this but have yet to receive any sort of acknowlegement as to whether they received my e-mails, or that they're looking into the situation, etc. Other survey sites are MUCH better than this one. Don't waste your time!

Used to be a good company but terrible now. They promised to send 2 $25 gift certificates in 2022 and so far nothing. They don't respond to emails. Don't waste your time.

I've been completing online surveys with Qbord for a number of years and received gift cards in exchange for my opinions. I am not sure what's changed, but I redeemed for a gift card Feb 8 and have NOT received my gift card. I've tried calling numerous time & emailing with no response. A couple of times I was able to reach Dana who promised she would speak to the person responsible and ensure my gift card was sent. That was 6 weeks ago. I just received another survey to complete and I can assure you I will not complete any further surveys without receiving my outstanding gift card!

They used to be really great with decent surveys that paid fairly well. About 2 years ago, suddenly payouts started taking longer and longer. Last year it took 3 months to get what I was owed paid to me. This year, it's been that long and longer and still no money. No response to emails or voicemails. Don't bother.

Still no rewardI cashed out for an amazon card for $25 February 22/2022, it’s now August 5th. Over 5 months and nothing. I’ve contacted them to no avail, through their email,Facebook. I’ve called the phone number provided by survey police above, but it’s no longer in service. I’ve even filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they tried for me but eventually told me that they are not responding. I’m quite positive they want people to quit their website before they get their reward so they don’t have to pay you for your time, while they get paid by the marketers.Hold out for your reward and quit this survey site, terrible company

If I could give zero stars I would. I cashed out on Dec 30, and never received my gift card. Despite several emails and voicemails, there has been no response - today is March 8. On top of that, they are still sending me surveys!! That means they are still selling the data to their clients, but not following through on rewards to survey takers, so I believe this is...fraud! Next call is to the BBB.
