Job done at 105/ 103 West Lodge Avenue Toronto.Careless with concrete dust from the stone saw for months. With a choice to use water or not they choose mostly not to use water sending dust all over people's balconies through their windows in their doors. Even after being told multiple times. All the shrubs they planted were planted in limestone screenings was about an inch or two of soil to make it look like there's soil there. Although walkways they've done around the grounds have low spots all over. The planters they did are all stained and crumbling. It's hard to believe this was completed this year only a couple of months ago. I used to do the same exact type of work but for Toronto Hydro and consumers gas back at the time. It's my personal professional opinion that these guys will rip you off. They have no respect for you your neighbors or the community they're working in.

I moved into an older home recently and needed the driveway to be paved 'properly' and my concrete indoor garage to be properly leveled. I had these done in the fall and waited until after winter to be able to give a proper review once we went through a harsh season. I'm very particular and had Kosta from Royal Town speak with me and visit my property along with meeting with 3 other companies to take on the project. I got the best feel from Kosta and used Royal Town Construction. Kosta was punctual, reliable, priced very well and most importantly did an excellent job on my driveway, having it very smooth and graded toward the road and the indoor garage was done beautifully too. I shovel my own snow and it was easy to do on the smooth surface and water has never pooled. The edges were sloped so any run off would be dispersed off to the sides as well as to the roadway. I will call Kosta again to see if he can now do my front steps to my home as well.

Driveway Paving DisasterThey say the right things but their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. We checked the reviews before hiring Kostas and his crew. Their price was good and they seem like great guys. However, after booking them they seem to only communicate when it suits them. When they finally showed up in November (Booked in early Spring), the crew was great, working like a well-oiled machine. The driveway looked great until the springtime. That's when little oak trees started growing through the asphalt. Not one, but many. I can't get oak trees to grow in my garden but they were doing well in the asphalt that Royal Town Construction put down. Again, customer service became an issue. I made many phone calls and sent texts but it took Kostas forever to respond. Even longer to take action. We're talking three to four months. If you're a homeowner, understand that these guys do residential to fill the holes between commercial projects. If you value clean work - look for another supplier. If you're on a deadline - look for another supplier. If you decide to go ahead with Royal Town Construction anyway, and something goes wrong, don't expect them to act fast. They ended up patching the driveway which made it look awful (see the shot below beside the car - that's the 'new driveway'). So they had a sealer added to the top which they guaranteed would result in a consistent finish. It didn't. And it took almost another year. (Spring 2019 – November 2020) And the driveway already has tire ruts! Do yourself a favour and find another crew.

I had them pave my parking lot in Richmond Hill. Great job! I would highly recommend.

I contacted a few different paving companies October 2018 to get quotes. Kosta came out to give me a quote. Very competitive. He assured us that everything will be great since he will be on the job site when the work will take place. They left the driveway on gravel for about 2 weeks as recommended for the settling process. Once complete the driveway looked great. Many compliments from neighbors. Thank you to Kosta and the Royal Town crew you guys did a great job!

I called Royal Town Construction when I got a flyer in the mail. I checked their reviews on HomeStars and I was very impressed. Kosta was great to deal with, he was on the job site the whole time as well which made the process very pleasant. The entire team was very friendly, clean and experienced. Our driveway and patio came out great and got many compliments from neighbours. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to redo their driveway. 100% would hire them again for another project.
