Dr and staff here are great, I came in because of an emergency and this was one of the few places that was able to take my chihuahua in right away on a Sunday morning. You can tell they genuinely care for your pet. Dr is knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly and straight to the point. Prices are reasonable and hours are extended. Highly recommended!

I can't thank the staff at Marine & Fraser clinic enough for their outstanding care of my beloved pet. When my cat suddenly stopped eating and kept vomiting, I felt panicked and overwhelmed. Even though I had taken my cat to an emergency clinic at night, I was not satisfied with the cost and progress of treatment. However, as soon as I brought my cat to Marine & Fraser clinic, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff there are truly professional, and they valued the health and wellbeing of my pet above all else.My cat (Mochi, 5+1/2 months old) needed a major surgery to unblock his intestines, and I was amazed at how efficiently and successfully the procedure was performed on the same day I brought him in. I am grateful for the advanced and precise equipment used at the clinic, which contributed to the positive outcome of my pet's surgery.I highly recommend Marine & Fraser clinic to any pet owner looking for exceptional care for their furry friends. Even though the clinic may be new to some, I can attest to the fact that they treat their patients like family, and their dedication to providing the best possible care is truly unparalleled. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Marine & Fraser clinic for taking such great care of my beloved pet!

They're one of the few places that actually knows what they are doing when it comes to guinea pigs. They really do put more care like regular check ups after the surgery to make sure my boy Choco is fine and he's been really happy now.

We had a wonderful experience. We brought our puppy, Luna, here for her vaccines and a wellness check. The staff were patient, kind and gentle with her. Dr. Singh took the time to ask us about our lifestyle and how we want Luna to interact with other dogs and the world. Based on our answers he made recommendations for which vaccines we need. Dr. Singh managed to make Luna feel comfortable and calm, even while receiving her vaccines. As this is our first puppy we had many many questions. The staff were so helpful and answered all of our questions. Everyone at this clinic clearly loves animals and wants the owners to succeed in making their pet happy and healthy.

I recently visited this veterinary clinic for an emergency visit due to my dog experiencing sudden muscle and nerve pain. Unfortunately, I left the clinic feeling extremely disappointed with the level of care provided. When explaining that my dog had previously experienced a similar condition for four days in 2019 and had fully recovered after being on medication for a few days, the doctor's response was concerning.Upon entering the room, the doctor immediately assumed that my dog had been on medication since 2019 and suggested an X-ray without conducting a physical examination. This lack of attentiveness was disheartening, especially considering that my dog had not been on medication since 2019, but had only received it for a brief period at that time.Throughout the consultation, the doctor failed to show genuine concern or interest in my dog's well-being. Instead of performing a thorough examination, the doctor held his elbows and did not make an effort to touch or examine my dog. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my pet's health left me upset and frustrated. It is essential for veterinarians to listen carefully to their clients and conduct comprehensive physical examinations. Unfortunately, this particular doctor failed to meet these expectations.I hope the clinic's management takes this feedback constructively and addresses the issues raised(instead of taking this feedback seriously, they decided to take a screen shot of my typo, VERY POORLY HANDLED) It is crucial to prioritize the well-being of animals and provide the highest quality of care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.RESPONSE:I am confident that examining the CCTV footage can provide evidence disproving any claims of abusive or aggressive behavior that you may be fabricating in your statement. The doctor did not perform any form of physical examination on my dog. It raises the question of why I should be charged for a service that was not provided.1. Having certification does NOT guarantee compassion and care for animals. Moreover, the lack of service was evident. While there may have been a typo in my comment, it was disappointing that the doctor required an assistant to translate throughout the entire visit.2. We provided a clear explanation of our dog's medical history, but it was inaccurately translated to the doctor. The mention of four days on medication was mistakenly translated as four years on medication, leading us to repeat our explanation multiple times.3. The doctor recommended an X-ray without conducting a prior physical examination or assessing my dog's condition.4. We visited the veterinarian to consult with a professional and did not engage in any self-diagnosis, as our purpose was to seek medical attention from a qualified doctor.5. Although we acknowledge the financial considerations, it is crucial to emphasize that our choice to find another veterinarian was not driven by financial commitments. Our main concern stemmed from the doctor's haughty demeanor and apparent lack of empathy towards our dog, which deeply troubled us.

We got all the vaccines annd microchip done very promptly and they provided education about the risks and benefits. Staff were kind and answered all my questions.

I brought my boy Xylo in on Saturday to see Dr. Singh. I found out about this place from my friend Justine. I met her from the previous vet I went to and she is the sweetest and most caring tech. I met Natalia right when I walked in and she was the sweetest girl that welcomed Xylo in with open arms. We didn't have to wait too long to see Dr. Singh and he is amazing! He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I am one of those annoying dog moms that asks a lot of questions and he was very patient with me. He also told me everything step by step and was very communicative when Xylo stayed there for the day. He called me to update me on everything really quickly which I really appreciated. 100% I will go back to see them.Thank you team!

Long story but worth the read as it describes how amazing this clinic is.My dog had an issue that I couldn't figure out. I went to a couple of vet clinics and even tried investigating on my own but things just kept on getting worse. One vet that I went to even diagnosed him with 400 things and asked me what I wanted to do.He said he needs over a thousand dollar testing including ongoing monthly expensive injections to resolve the issue as they are caused by allergies, but, things didn't line up.He gave us antibiotics as well as food supplements for 10day which didn't work. I was left confused, overwhelmed and lost. No one even suggested a simple blood test.I decided to take matters into my own hands and wanted to get blood work done.I came across Marine and Fraser Veterinary Clinic. When we arrived there, we were greeted by an amazing team.I met with Dr.Jatana. and explained why I was there. Immediately it became clear that theres more going on than 1 reason. Finally a Dr that was able to speak clearly, slowly and explained that we need to separate things. Allergies where present but the cause of the wider issues doesn't line up. He calmly explain that we should start investigating by eliminating one thing at a time.We did blood work as first step, saw what it indicated and moved forward. I was always kept informed and guided clearly in any step we took as well as explained why.Eventually we found the problem! he had blockage in his digestive system which could have caused more and more damage over time.Dr.Jatana and the team tried to go with a non-invasive approach and make it easier on my dog but eventually we had to do surgery as soon as possible. The surgery was successful and I was giving very clear instruction for home treatment. Dr.Jatana checked on my dogs recovery as far as sending an email after working hours as the surgery ended late in the day and we were discharged at the clinic closing time. The team called multiple times to check-in on his recovery as well as helped me so much in dealing with my insurance company. They called them, emailed them, provided them with everything. They went above and beyond!Banner (my dog) and I are grateful that we came across this clinic and from now on this is where we will go! We appreciate them all so much.

Amazing facility with amazing staffIt was quite difficult situation when our veterinarian was closed and wanted to have our dog Brunno checked. We called and got the appointment same day. I am quite impressed the way staff attended us. Hospital is brand new and exceptionally clean. Dr Jatana was very thorough in his examination he took quite a nice time to explain the treatment options. He explained how many different cause of vomiting can be, he did xrays and blood test within one hr, he offered us great discount as well. It was so nice to see how they presented the cost estimate no surprises!!!!We were so relaxed when we left the hospital that my baby did not have any major issues. Definitely he is our new veterinarian for now onwards.

Absolutely wonderful experience. We were so worried about knee surgery of our dog. our previous experience was horrible with the other vet hospital when our dog got knee surgery, Dr Jatana is well educated and has nice bedside manners. He was very thorough in his explanation for TPLO procedure, and what to expect after surgery. My dog Toffino is recuperating nicely We are so amazed with the service we got, definitely recommend Dr Jatana for TPLO surgeries.
