Nick showed up on time. The work site was picked up between work days and he stayed late on the second day to finish the job. Nick took his time to explain how the system works. Thank you for a great job!!

My furnace was not performing during a cold period in January. I had a maintenance diagnosis within 2 hours of my phone call. The furnace was repaired to a suitable performance until replacement parts oils be installed in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Cedar to friends and family.

During one of the cold snaps last winter, Cedar Heating & Cooling helped me with an issue with our heat pump when all the other companies I looked at were closed. They were so responsive & knowledgeable I chose them when it was time for spring maintenance. They were right on time for my appointment and even texted me when they were on their way. Very happy with the service I've received from Cedar!

We had our furnace go down late at night and they were there within a few hours of calling the next morning. Super professional, easy to get ahold of in a pinch, and luckily had the part we needed on hand with them before they even looked at our system!

Service was excellentThey were able to fit us into the schedule quickly and provided excellent communication (both phone message and text). We had three visits (1st to assess the issue, 2nd to give us alternative option estimates & 3rd to make the repair). Nick was professional, knowledgeable and nice to work with. The automated system they use made things easy.We did not get another estimate for comparison and the service seemed expensive (included an almost $100 travel fee).Overall, we had a great experience and were pleased/impressed with the service.

I came home from work to find my house freezing and my furnace dead. I called Cedar Heating and Nick came to my home after hours (after working a full day), diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made recommendations for future maintenance. He was very kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I very much appreciated his expertise, and I recommend Cedar Heating and Cooling wholeheartedly and enthusiastically! Great business with great employees and prompt, courteous customer service. I will be a lifelong customer. Please consider them for your heating and cooling needs.
