Use of U de Sherbrooke's sports complex costs 8$ per visit and is open to everyone. Parking at the site is extra (about 1.5$ per hour). Includes access university level to the weight room, running track and change rooms. Call ahead, for same day for access to courts and pool time availabilities.

Incredible place to do sport. The swimming pool is huge and it has one big track to run as semi professional

Impressive!!This place has all the ammenities you may need to work out or to enjoy your spare time. The facility itself is great and the corridors, sport courses, pool and running track are extremely well maintained

It isn't my favorite pool for swimming competitively but I do like that it's relatively big and the changing rooms are absolutely amazing. You have nice clean showers, nice bathrooms, and crazy amount of space in the lockers. I recommend :)

If you have the complex membership, it makes sense to get gym membership as well, otherwise it's a choice. It is usually not crowded compared to other gyms.

Not bad, but a little dated and lacking adequate canteen facilities. Court is terrible for volleyball. Manage to squeeze in 8 courts on the main court. Good location and easy to find in Sherbrooke.
