From a truck driver perspectiveI had a pickup from them, got there around 10am, they said that they weren’t informed that I would be coming. They said they need 1h to 1,5 hours to get my load ready. 3 hours later I go in and they still weren’t ready, manager just said that’s what happens when they don’t call us on time… I understand that, but saying it will take 1h and it took almost 5h until I was loaded, how can you miss for 5 times the difference…Very poor management

In terms of windows quality , they have the best quality. But when it comes to supervisors and management, they are really bad with the workers! I used to work on weekends shift and the supervisors had problem with me and they were trying everything can do to get me out of the company. Until I got threatened by one of the supervisor. I quit my job last week just to save myself. Not a safe place to work at at all!!!..

horrible place to work conditions are so gross, People are very rude. Managment is way too overbearing and your not allow to take vacations.
