Springfield Dental Centre

I have been a patient at the Springfield Dental Centre for about 18 years now. In all that time I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience there. The staff are always extremely professional and courteous and they all go out of their way to make my visit pleasant. Dr. Jobb is always straight forward, not looking to have me spend money on things I don't require. She is professional, efficient, and skilled. Did I mention friendly too? I highly recommend the Springfield Dental Centre and would not trust my dental care to anyone else.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to!I’ve Had bad experiences in past with dentists so I haven’t gone to one in prob a decade, and only went this time cause I was forced to.Dr Jobb explained everything before doing anything and made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. You can tell that she truly cares for her patients and doesn’t look at them as dollar signs like some other dentist do.Thank you so much!

I have a concerned about my insurance as it’s non left. She told me don’t worry we can bill it in January when the insurance starts again. If I loose my job will I have to pay my crown. I don’t have money

My husband and I as well as other family members have been seeing Dr. Jobb since she opened the practice in Oakbank. The entire staff is awesome. Over the years we have had broken teeth, root canals and the odd tooth ache. The staff have always managed to squeeze us in and get us fixed up. We can't say enough good things about the practice except thanks for always being there for us. :)

Dr Jobb is such an amazing Dentist!She and her staff are very professional and friendly! They make you feel so comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. I have been going there for many years now and have never had a bad experience.I highly recommend them!

Very friendly staff and always helpful. When needing an urgent root canal Dr. Danielle Jobb took me in right away and completed it that night. My young children love going here as well. Couldn't have asked for a better dental experience for myself and the family.

The lovely staff from the front office to Dr. Jobbs make you feel warm and cared for. They all treated me with respect while helping me through my extreme anxiety. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all and the team made sure I was okay prior to leaving. I will continue to attend Springfield Dental Centre as well as put the care of my family's dental needs in their hands. Thank you all again!!!

Springfield Dental terminated my wife, without cause, 3 weeks after returning from maternity leave. All office property and signed 'termination of employment and severance pay package offer' were returned before the date specified by Springfield Dental in their offer. They have now spent the last 11 weeks looking for cause and at the time of writing this review, June 29, 2023, continue to refuse providing severance and record of employment.

I hadn't been to a dentist in about 25 years and then, about a year ago, had trouble with a tooth. In an attempt to keep the cost down, Dr. Jobb suggested we try a filling first as the tooth was just starting to act up. Unfortunately it was a little too late (my bad) and I ended up needing a root canal. I've always heard horror stories about root canals but this was a breeze. As I watched the ceiling TV, Dr. Jobb and her assistant fixed up my tooth, checking in regularly to see if I was okay. Today I went back for a check-up and small procedure and, again, the experience was outstanding! Without exception, every person I've dealt with in Dr. Jobb's office has been warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And Dr. Jobb is an absolute delight... you can see the easy relationship she has with her staff. It feels like a place where people love to go to work and I can honestly say that I am a fan.
