I joined DCEO after being Scammed by many job coaches on Linkedin who guarantee you a job and in the end leave you stranded. After wasting months on job search, applying to multiple jobs a day, I did not get any response. I was feeling dejected and disappointed as I was a Master's Grad from one of the top Canadian Universities and still could not get a job. Around September 2020 (btw I graduated in Dec 2019, so after over 10 months of job searching), I came across Meena Dowlwani's linkedin profile and the organization led by her (which is Destintion CEO). Believe it or not, my entire career perspective changed. I used to under-sell myself, Meena and DCEO mentors helped me realize my true potential through step by step guidance of Job search. They helped me frame my resume according to the job, mentored me through practice interviews, one page impactful resume which was taught to me by Amir Syed. In practice interviews, I was coached by Biju Misra for Behavioural questions and Pawandeep Singh for Technical questions. On top of this, my progress on how I am performing was monitored by Meena and my mentor (Biju). I was taught on how to reach people on Linkedin for references. After nearly 6 weeks of hard work by myself and DCEO team, I landed with 2 job offers. I truly and highly recommend DCEO to the job seekers out there as they put their heart and soul to get you the Dream job you want. Though, the job search process seems draining and time consuming and many times I would just give up, but after I joined DCEO and ever felt like giving up, I always had Meena or my mentor by my side to cheer me up, to motivate me to keep going. In my batch (sept 2020 cohort) there were nearly 10-12 people and everyone graduated with flying colors with someone having 1 job offer or 2 or even 3 offers. I am forever grateful to Meena and DCEO team for doing such a great job for their students and new comers struggling to get their dream jobs instead of some scammers out there who just care about money and then do not even put their efforts into it.
