Wendy's Top Tailor - Alteration and Dry Cleaning

Wendy is great. Got me in on the fly. Worked a miracle on my wedding pants. Had them ready in a week. Recommend!

A convenient place at Yaletown. I recently visited a tailor shop and had three trousers altered. While the overall service was good, I did notice a minor issue with the precision of the alterations. The lines on the trousers are not perfectly straight, which is a bit disappointing. As I pointed out the issue to Wendy, regrettably, she didn't display genuine concerns for the issue and stated that she couldn't do better with only $20 for each trousers even though it was $5 more than normal price $15.

Fantastic alterations here at good prices. Wendy is very nice to deal with, and she is very detailed oriented. I ask her to take in my Burberry Bomber jacket that I love because I lost some weight. She did a fantastic job, it's perfect you can't even tell it was taken in, she made it a size 48 from a size 54. Her skills are next level.

Secondly, she is so attentive with the alteration fittings and the price for the value is amazing.I would highly recommend Wendy for any of your dry cleaning or alterations.

Wonderful experience here. Gave advise on length etc on the dress I was getting altered and had it done within a few days. Chiffon layer on the dress looks perfect and reasonable pricing. Will happily use again :)

Wendy did an excellent job of altering my high end blazer and skirt, along with four pairs of formal pants of different materials (silk, linen, cotton, synthetic). I was especially happy with what she did with the blazer and skirt set. It was passed down to me from my mom a long time ago, and while I absolutely loved the look of it, it was way too big for me. The blazer was too wide, and it didn't have any curves along the waistline, while the skirt was too big around the hips.Wendy took her time to consult me about the different options of altering each piece. She perfectly fit the blazer to my size and waist, and I was impressed how well she adjusted the skirt along my hip and legs, so that it would complement my figure.Needless to say, I received lots of compliments.Wendy will be my go to tailor from now on. Highly recommend!

I took my wool jacket into Wendy to have it be altered up. She did a fantastic job transforming a frumpy coat into something that is modern and fashion forward. I love how it turned out. I highly recommend Wendy. Great price and great quality of sewing work.

Got a blouse and a pair of pants altered, to bring more shape to the pieces and shorten the length of sleeves and legs. Wendy took her time to talk me through and show me the alterations, and was very thorough with explaining why she would do those alterations. She talked me through the costs and did not pressure me to add on costs where I did not want them. The pieces were ready after a week, and I was pretty happy with the end result.
