Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They keep on cutting off half of my receipts that I send in through email and then withhold money from me (it’s been three months now). Super frustrating, I honestly don’t know what to do.

The worst customer service ever, always get names and extensions of everyone your talking to because no one will call you back even if they say they will. I've been a paying union benifit member and have never been lay'd off, due to a paperwork error they cut my benifits off in a day. To get them back I've been fighting for 4 months, and sending in the same corrected paperwork multiple times. All this company cares about is money, avoid them like the plague.

Worst customer service...made some claims and been over a month and nothing yet...the guy i talked to was so ignorant and no help at all...and waited 45mins on hold for no help at the end...wort ins compay i ever had....

Worst Benefit company to deal with. Customer service is the worst, their staff is clueless to all matters. The call backs from them are non-existent. Their App doesn't work just like all their staff. Completely useless and they have absolutely no sympathy or recourse when, THEY, screw up. Simply unacceptable. The whole lot of them should be replaced from the Top(upper management) to the Bottom ( CSRS ). BEEN a member of my union 34 years and these Benefits just get worse every year just like the staff."

I experienced worst customer service in my life. Very rude and unprofessional. Though I have sent my daughter's full time student letter by a mail and faxed it twice still they have to say that they did not receive it yet. To make sure, I did called them as soon as I faxed it so that they can't make up excuse second time I faxed it, they cut my call when I told them I faxed. So folk - - -.

Long wait times to talk to anyone. 50/50 chance you get someone who can help and is nice. Longest wait time to get claims made. They seem very outdated with the system. One good thing is that they finally brought things online to speed up the process because you are having to submit all claims, but why does it still take 2 weeks at best to hear back and have your claim completed!

Incompetent and unprofessional! I have received good customer service in the past however the last representative I dealt with was impossible to get information from! I called simply to find out remaining coverage for optical (24 month renewal period) that activated in July of 2015 and she said it has not yet renewed, even after I had explained to her and physically counted the months out loud, she continued to explain that it renews June of 2018 (that would make 36months)!I still can not make sense of anything I was told by this representative!
