Tracey Moore is the best Real Estate Agent in town. She genuinely cares about her clients, not just getting a commission. From the minute we met her we knew we loved her. If you are looking for great customer service, an Agency that cares about customer retention and Real Estate Agents that will properly advise their clients then you will not find it here. I am not a Real Estate Agent so I put my faith and trust in my Agent to advise me properly on the ins and outs of the deal which I did not receive. When I called to discuss my Agents performance I received a call back from the manager who basically told me that everything that went wrong with the deal was my fault. And you're correct Scott it was all my fault. My fault for putting my trust in one of your agents. There are much better agencies out there please use one of them.
