The transfer case at the transmission was fixed the first time at RCL after 6 different attempts from so called professional dealerships in the area.....I have been giving them my business ever since. I had my first appointment at RCL today, and it was all completely positive. They exceeded my expectations. My appointment was for an oil change and to check for an exhaust leak. The greeting at the door was friendly and professional. The waiting room was small but comfortable. The mechanic who found and repaired the exhaust leak explained exactly what he thought should be done in terms I could understand. He also pointed out a serious problem with a tire I had bought three months earlier at Canadian Tire (CT). I found the price for the work RCL did was very reasonable, and they gave me the information I needed to deal with CT on the defective tire CT had sold me. I'm new in the area, and today's experience makes me confident I have found a repair shop I can trust.

Great price and service. Contacted them in the fall of 2016 for new summer tires. Beat everyone on price, installed them at the time we scheduled. Ordered them this spring and they installed them within thetime frame they promised. I was buying high end low profile Continental tires. Professional and very polite service. Would recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to Chris, Ernie, Leigh and the gang at RCL since they opened. They never gouge me on the price and always give straight answers. The work is excellent. In all the years of getting my vehicles fixed by RCL never once have I had a problem with the repair or maintenance they did. Fair prices and great people!

We are visiting from the states. We rented a cottage. Went out this afternoon to hook up our boat trailer and noticed the rear passenger tire was flat. Our neighbor recommended this repair shop to us. Went into town and they took us right in and plugged the tire. Awesome friendly people both in the shop and office. Kaylee was very nice and friendly. Recommend this place for quick amazing service!
