Scuffs in a Rush

Presented late in the day after a self-inflicted scrape to the side of my new car. They evaluated quickly and were able to buff and repair on the spot. Professional. Courteous. Answered all my questions and were greatly reassuring. Gave me an option moving forward which I am considering. Highly recommend, and in fact already have!

Kindest people ever. From the moment I called them to ask about fixing a scratch on my rented car (a cute deer in Omega park decided to jump on my door), to fixing my scratch within seconds at the shop - they were so nice, smiling and caring. You made my day, not only for saving me $400 repair from the rented company, but also for being passionate about people and your industry.

EDIT to respond to owner's response:------------------------------------------------------Yes it was at your shop July-August 2020 (white Audi Q5) and I do have the receipt. Maybe you can't find it in your system because my name is not Mark but Marc. Regarding your technician comment, a lot of people looked" at the car except the actual guy who did the job. He didn't even bother coming out of the garage.-------------------------------------------------------I would avoid this place at all costs. I got the back bumper of my car repainted there and when I picked it up there was a system error on the dashboard and the taillights were no longer working. They told me that it was a coincidence... Of course

I just brought my Pontiac G5 SE home from this shop. The front man Joshua was beyond great. My car was delayed a few times due to other work, yet Joshua was very professional about it and that to me says a lot about him and his shop. It has been a couple months now since my car was finished. I have had to bring it back in on 3 separate occasions for things that should've been avoided. First time I had to go back was for over spray, scratched bumper caused by an ex employee. Second was for part of the rear bumper not being painted, door moldings, and a dent in the door also caused by an employee, over spray. The last time was this past Tuesday for my grille that wasn't properly done and more over spray they were supposed to get off last time. It may have taken a few trips, but in the end the fixed the issues. I would recommend this shop in the future.

I had received a scrape along the one side of my car by someone in a parking lot. Nikki looked at it and said she could try to buff and polish most of the damage done to the side. She did a great job so it is barely noticeable now without painting it. The service was very pleasant and professional at the same time.I would recommend Scuffs in a Rush" and in fact have already taken a friend there."

The ladies in the office are amazing for the work they do! Jenn and Nikki go above and beyond for their clients and I appreciate the work they've done for me. They're great to offer advice and make the whole repair experience less intimidating especially for young women with little knowledge of cars. Thank you so much for making this easy and providing me with direction for mechanical needs as well. Obviously the guys in the shop are great too. My car looks brand new!!

Great experience. I did an over email" quote which ballparked my estimate and then they scheduled an in person quote to ensure there would be no surprises. Everything was very upfront
