Total Tech Pools Service and Renovations

When another company wasn't able to open our pool this year, a friend recommended Total Tech. Every time they've come or that I've gone into the store, I've been grateful for the recommendation. They're patient with my million questions, they explain things really well and they're fun to have on site when the need has been there. We're new pool owners so knowing that I can ask questions (sometimes the same one a few times!) and have patient and clear answers means a lot. Thanks for what you do.

My partner John and I always went to total tech for help and everything they said was very helpful. This year I went in May 11 and placed a work order ,was told they would come in 2weeks. They never came ,placed the order again same thing no show. Too busy not enough help, now it is into June. I guess should have made a work order before May!

I wanted a Saber BBQ for Christmas and was unable to pick it up till the 23rd of December. Unfortunately they were closed. I explained to the owner that it was a Christmas gift, and without hesitation said “No problem, I’ll open the store for you”I won’t say it’s “over and above” service because there is no such thing in my opinion in business; but exceptional would be a word I would use to describe this company. I was quite impressed with this level of service. As a business owner, this is what a business model looks like. Do everything you can for your customer.I would like to describe to you the Saber BBQ I purchased. It has a proprietary heat distribution system that saves around 30% propane. It’s unlike any BBQ I’ve seen.It has 4 dials to adjust heat in 4 separate cooking areas. Sear a steak at 450 degrees in one area and then right beside it grille vegetables at 300. Saber is a superior BBQ and is highly recommended to take a look at it before purchasing another brand.They have an assortment of outdoor items. Complete pool product as well a service company. They have patio furniture, fire tables, BBQs, Smokers, thousands of parts and accessories etc. They, unsurprising to me, have numerous awards.It was a pleasure doing business with Total Tech.Thanks Dave

Total Tech Pools has the best service and prices in Kingston. Over the years they have replaced a pool liner for us and installed a pool safety cover at a super price. Their pool chemicals are excellent and well priced. I recommend them 100% for all your pool requirements. Very friendly and professional advice and service.

Total Tech have installed a liner in our above ground pool at a half the cost than what ShelIn pool quoted us.I've always been treated nicely by their staff when I visit the store, which is not the case in other conpetitors (Aqua Bay sucks).

Total Tech has been very helpful to us as first time pool owners. They closed our pool in the fall and were very supportive as we learned how to open the pool on our own this spring. We have used Total Tech for 4 years. In 2021 they replaced the lining of our pool and did a terrific job. After doing some comparison pricing, there prices are, in many cases, cheaper than the other 2 main pool supply companies close to us.The staff have been friendly, helpful (Justin has been great answering questions).Note - the store in Kingston does shutdown for the winter however if the owner is available, he has opened the store to allow us to buy spa supplies.

Total Tech replaced our inground pool liner and did an excellent job! Great customer service! I would highly recommend them for your pool needs!

Our family is VERY happy with this company. We’ve had so many repair men and pool people come through here and charge SO much and still not have it fixed.These guys had the job done in 2 days and our pool is FINALLY working. He was very nice.My only criticism is more communication would be appreciated. Other than that we’re happy.Thank you! We will be using these guys as our forever pool people.
