Voyages Transat

Friday past 6 pm only one person is in the office. Agent said she was fully booked by in advance reservations. Could not get info we needed.

I have been dealing with Fairview Pointe-Claire Air Transat for 5 years. Never have been dissappointed. And i want to thank Mr Pham and Sheri Taylor their amazing service.

Left a voicemail 2 days ago, never got a call back.

They are polite , nice service so far , there is a $ 45 agency service fee to pay for each traveller

First off, I would like to thank Sara she was amazing and helped me resolve my situation , if you’re going to go to this agency make sure you book with her. Now, I have to give this place 1 star because of my experience with the other woman who was working today. We spoke over the phone and she was extremely disrespectful and arrogant and didn’t even let me ask my question. I needed help so I made the 40 minute drive to the agency to seek help and the same lady who spoke with me over the phone talked to me in a very disrespectful and arrogant manner and went as far as to raise her voice at me. I am not one to let get things to me but the way that I was treated caused me to have an anxiety attack and break down in the middle of the agency. I felt very disrespected and attacked by this particular staff member and hope no one has to endure being belittled by her when trying to receive help. If it hadn’t been for Sara intervening and helping me out I would’ve cancelled my flight and never booked with this company again. Be very careful with which staff member you ask your questions to as they are not all willing to help.

Once your trip has been planned and paid they wash their hands of you. No further info, no response to questions in this unsettled time that is not acceptable.I will never use voyages transat again.

My wife and I with our newborn wanted to swing by this place who always seemed empty and not busy to ask a few questions regarding a trip we plan on doing later this year. When we got there, there was 3 employees and one client inside. My wife went inside to ask a some information.They refused to serve you or answer questions unless you had an appointment. Like seriously on a weekday when the mall is dead empty?! The lady who was there got up to tell us that we can't answer anything unless you have an appointment then went back to sit and do nothing at her desk. Maybe this is a sales tactic or whatever but we really found it rude. Covid or not, we will like some employees are slaking off and taking advantage of the pandemic.
