Went to FHS for the first time ever, asked the employee what is the most popular, they took the time to ask questions and recommend great subs for my wife and I.The service was unbelievable! I would like to start with the best review i posted 2 years ago, and ending up with the worst quality i had from firehouse sub yesterday. you can see the pictures to have an idea about the food quality they served us this time. I have been visiting this place from last two years, the best veggie sub they had always served. But i regret for my visit yesterday when they served us with extra loaded sub which was totally messed up and the bread was broken as it was so soggy and you can see how much water there was in the sub.. couldn't even hold it in my hand to eat it.. i felt like i was eating bread and veggies dipped in water and no taste at all. Can't believe their staff is so untrained now that they don't even have an idea that the veggies should be inside the sub not under it. And they didn't even bother toasting the bread at all. It was just raw. It was all new staff this time and they were just having fun talking to each other and throwing the stuff in a box for us. Never ever want to go back. Disgusting food service i had. I used to love this place and ended up not even going to recommend it to anybody. Very sad they lost us. Please, you all should watch for the worst reviews as well, to visit a place.

Excellent subs!! Great variety and the service was great. The prices are higher than your standard sub place but they are so much better! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing they need to change is the wrapped pickle slices, was a mess to get out of the little bags and was soggy.

Firehouse is my top choice when it comes to subs. It's not just the cleanliness, which is absolutely spotless, or the delicious, quality food, but also the respectful and friendly staff who excel at customer service. Their Beef Brisket Sandwich is a star - bursting with flavor and simply delightful. Visiting Firehouse always results in a great time and an even better meal. It's a dining experience I wholeheartedly recommend.

The subs were so soggy. I was grossed out. First time at this location and will not be back.My husband’s steak from his sub was in my sub. My sub was turkey bacon ranch.

Nice and clean kids friendly place with plenty of parking. So much better than subway (no offense, I still like it). This one is much bigger place so does not feel crowded.Staff is friendly too. Will recommend.

Just ordered at 1230, and waited until 1250 to actually get my sub. If you are working and actually have to get back in decent time, do not go to firehouse. I have had faster service ordering an entire meal at a restaurant.
