I was just in the bookstore to exchange some clothing, and had an incredibly frustrating customer service experience. The girls at the counter were rude, and each subsequent person called was ruder.The items were Christmas presents, and should have been returned in January. However, as we live far away from campus, that was not feasible.In short, my daughter has been instructed to not purchase anything from here again. After spending thousands of dollars on tuition, we should be happy to support the school. It won't happen in this way.

The staff was very helpful in helping me find my textbooks even thought I go to a different Humber campus. Orangeville doesn't have it's own bookstore. Friendly staff. The lines for checkout tend to be a little longer when its busy. The prices here are comparable to the prices on Amazon in my experience

Good location on campus. Everything is also available. Bought a Humber hat for the semester. Good quality.One star off coz some of the hoodies cost close to designer products. I am sure students need affordable products or the products create division among students. Just a thought.

I called to sell my books there today and they said to come in. When I went there they said we're not taking books. What kind of service is this? You guys wasted my time commuting there. Luckily there's another bookstore nearby. They also had the books I needed cheaper than Humber
