Baydoun Appliances & Gas piping

Mark installed all of our appliances (Gas stove, built in fridge, speed oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer) and Mark’s workmanship and attention to detail is very impressive! Exceptional customer service - we had a few hiccups with the builder and Mark went out of his way to ensure everything was addressed to ensure the appliances were installed to the manufacturer specifications.

Mark installed my new gas range for a good price. He was so quick and neat, thanks to his experience.I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

Mark installed our natural gas stove and our new dishwasher. His work is extremely professional, and he explained what he was doing before the install. As soon as i met Mark in person when he arrived my home on time, I know my dishwasher will be handled by right hands. He is honest, very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to my friends if they need similar service.

I do not recommend this as the dishwasher installed was non-functional and immediately showed an error message after install. Mark has just checked for leaks but did not say anything about the error messages appearing on the Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher. As soon as he left the installation I noticed the pump running constantly and something was wrong with the unit. I called him immediately and he did not pick up the phone (understandable - but never returned my calls). Why I would NOT recommend Mark1. Dishwasher installed was had issues that a professional dishwasher installer would have noticed and warned me. Mark did not. Even thought faulty dishwasher is not Mark's problem but he should have highlighted them to me.2. I do not hold him responsible but I immediately called him to reschedule another appointment with him to install a different dishwasher. He never returned the calls.It was unprofessional for the following reasons#1 not to verify the installation is functional#2 not return phone callsHope this gives some insight into changing the way Baydoun appliances does work in future.

Mark was very prompt in responding to my initial call, which was for two emergency appliance repairs. He and his apprentice arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the two appliance issues and completed the repairs very quickly. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely call him in the future, should I require other repairs. I will be recommending Mark and his company to family and friends.Thank you to Mark, for resolving my urgent issues, in such a timely manner

Mark recently installed a dryer and a dishwasher for us. He was always on time, worked quickly and efficiently. The installation was done with great care to detail, and he was happy to answer any questions we had. Both machines have worked well since then with no problems. We would highly recommend him for any appliance installation.

Top quality service. Provided excellent advice and did the job the way we agreed. In the course of the work they found a problem left by a previous contractor and fixed it at no extra charge. so rare these days

Mark and Orleans HVAC installed a natural gas adapter and line extension for a gas BBQ and it was a terrific experience! Mark was quick to respond and gave us an incredibly fair price for the work. He booked as quickly and arrived on time and prepared with all parts necessary for the work. Mark is incredibly professional and informative and we will gladly work with him again on future projects!

Mark provided excellent advice on gas piping issues upon uninstalling our old range. The new gas range was TWICE delivered with missing parts and Mark returned three times, tracking down the necessary parts ON CHRISTMAS EVE!His workmanship and professionalism were exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone.
