Buying a car from West Perimeter Auto Centre was satisfying experience. Very accommodating staff and great service. It was also my first time buying a car and I really took my time in choosing, so they waited for me to decide even though it was already beyond their closing hour, yet the transaction went smoothly.

We had 2 MPI claims that we took to them for my front and rear bumper. It was our first time and I am always a little nervous, but they were so great it eased my mind. Had great customer service, helped us every step of the way, were super fast and did a great job! The only down fall is they use Enterprise for rental vehicle, and we have had issues with them, but that has nothing to do with the auto centre. I will definitely be going back there again!

My experience was a no pressure sale with kindness and respect. After having a car for 11 years my next one had to be in budget and at a fair price. We bought our vehicle here a couple weeks back.Saw an ad on AutoTrader, got a response fairly quickly. Took the car for a test drive and everything seemed good. We had a couple concerns and were told that they will take care of everything. Come the day to pick up the car and NOTHING was done. The owner got into an argument with us threatening to dissolve our agreement and just left. The sales guy went back and forth between us and the owner to come to an agreement.When we got home we checked the work that was supposed to be done and it was like a slap in the face. Filter were nasty and filthy. Passenger visor/mirror broken and not fixed (were told a substitute will be given to us, one month later no calls or messages are being returned.)
