I heard some skeptics out there about Auto Haus and I'm not one to judge so I went down for an Audi S4. My experience was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Rick was professional throughout and understanding. He was available on his cell phone for questions and never made me feel like I was interrupting him! Go check it out for yourself. This place ripped me off. They lied to the banks and put me in a garbage car with all fake service records. They don't inspect them and they're all part of a huge scam. I encourage all not to buy from them. RCMP are investigating

Purchases a ml320 bluetec that was suppose to be inspected and have no issues to find out I had to put over 15,000 into a used car. Owner wouldn't even call me back or give me the other things promised when purchasing the unit. Need fan, belt, oil cooler, dpf system repaired, or and best was just slapping new brake pads on over specd rotors. Definitely not a place to shop for used cars. Surrey back yard shop even worse

I bought a vehicle from iAuto Haus and l have to say that it was one of the greatest and easiest car buying experience l have ever had. I called the dealership and spoke with Andrei and asked about the vehicle, he gave me all the specs and said that if l had time come down and see the vehicle. So l went and spoke with Andrei and he was very professional, polite and easy to deal with. I felt no pressure from him to buy, he was just a very nice guy. I liked the car and we started to talk about a deal and they made that super easy as well. He introduced me to Joseph to talk more about the deal and again Joseph listened to me and was extremely professional and upfront on the price and without a drawn out barter back and forth we agreed to a price that we both liked.I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years and l know buying from a smaller dealership does create some apprehension, but thank you Guys for going against the grain and providing exceptional customer service. I would recommend you guys to anyone that l know and l will be back in the future. A big THANK YOU to Andrei and Joseph :)...
