A small park, but big fun. The highlight of Lions Park is the adventure playground for kids. Numerous facilities meet different needs, including slides, swings, monkey bars, seesaws, and water spray ground etc. Along Coquitlam river, the popular Traboulay PoCo Trail goes through Lions Park. A series of artworks are found here also, telling interesting stories. Parking lot and picnic tables are available.

A lovely start to the trail alongside of the river. The neighbourhood is a little rough but no issues at the park.

The playground in the Lions Park is one of the best in the area. Kids love the zip line, the water spray park and there’re a lot of seats for parents to rest on.In the summer time, bring your floaty and dive into the river near the park. It’s so much fun and it’s such a great place to cool down in the hot weather.

Great kids and family friendly park. There is a nice kids play area with zipline, water sprinklers, slides and lots of other things. The green area is nice for family picnics, including the gazebo shelters. Coquitlam river runs right next to the park and has easy access from the park and is a very nice place to be.

Had an amazing time at this park with our daughter. Was our first time visiting this park, we are from Peace arch area and took us about 35 minutes to get there. I was quite surprised that a beautiful park like this exist near commercial area. Kids at all ages has plenty of things to play at this park, zip line, slides, swing, sandbox, spray park, giant tires! Lots of trees and picnics tables. Washroom is not that bad.River ( a must see)is about 1 minute walk from the park, so nice and refreshing. I can spend the whole day there without getting bored. My 4 yr old daughter love it so much. Don't forget to bring a floaty, life vest and water shoes and you will have lots of fun!Only downside was the parking, it was very busy and full. We ended up parking in the nearby mall parking.Overall it was a lot of fun.
