PJC Jean Coutu

It takes ages for a pharmacist to come and talk to you. There was no one in the waiting but me and it took 15 minutes for one pharmacist to come and all that to be talked to with a toxic attitude and tone. I simply do not understand the need of the wait and the disrespect to your clients but if you do come to this pharmacy to be badly treated.

Very rude pharmacist. Never smiles. She always has a bad attitude. Talk to people as if everyone is inferior to her. Shifted my whole family to uniprix across the street. The service/pharmacist there ia uncomparable. Its like day and night.

The lady managing the dépanneur doesn’t want to help preparing for my kids birthday she refused to let us purchase plus de gift bags... but I went to Jean coutu on 132 they accepted the same then by for chips maximum 3 per client but the offer will be ending with in few hours ... in the other store they said that I are allowed 3 for each sort not all of them !.... when the offer for 79c. When I asked her once why you don’t have bâtonne de fromage .. she said that she doesn’t purchase because the kids doesn’t like it !!!!!My advise to jean coutu to coach her ... unfortunately I changed my pharmacist & I think it will be my last time today

Wow! What a breath of fresh it is to see new owner and Pharmacist, Priscilla Aboulehaf, take over Jean-Coutu in Candiac. She welcomes you with a warm and kind smile and is always willing to listen to your concerns and help you with utmost professionalism.Amazing staff, always go the extra mile. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 3 years now because i live nearby. It takes me a lot to be inclined to post a complaint however i’ve had enough.My complaint is not aimed at the staff, they are absolutely amazing, i love them all; they are a great face to the establishment.My complaint is strictly with the Pharmacist Priscila. She is rude, condescending and has no regards towards the clientele and their needs. We always had to yell out our prescription for the whole store to hear because she refuses to come closer and use the computer next to the reception counter. What happened to our privacy?She is also not very kind to the employees who work with her. She is not approachable and speaks to you very passive aggressively. She’s done it to me on every occasion (at times i will turn around and come back the next day to get our prescriptions), and i’ve witnessed her behaviour towards other clients. She should not be dealing with any clients. Very disappointing because otherwise this establishment would get a 5/5!

Always making mistakes with my medication. They do go the extra mile but it means nothing when they make mistakes!

Terrible customer service, I bought Similac baby powder milk from them which was already expired, at the time I returned it, she didn’t apologize, she was wrong and strong! The expiration was for Feb 1st and they sold me on Feb 10th! I told her that was dangerous and She said, 10 days its ok while rolling her eyes! People know those products usually have long expiration dates but this one was already 10 days past expiration when I bought it and I received her attitude on top of that!

I am not one who leaves negative reviews but ever since Jean Coutu changed owners their service has been more than terrible at the prescriptions counter. First few times I went and got bad service I let it go, but on countless occasions they have failed to provide the minimum service. (Had to go another pharmacy where they were able to assist me without any hesitation) Sadly, the pharmacist is not bothered by trying to help their clients out in any way. Such horrible service!

Workers are helpful, the service can be slow at times in the pharmacy department.Edited: Some pharmacists have a tendency to act arrogant towards customers who are LGBT

If I could put -10 I would. What a horrible pharmacy. They're always missing medications, and the owner is so rude. She thinks she's superior or something. I don't know how someone like that can become a pharmacist and take care of people's health. The last owner was already hard to deal with, but this one's worst!
