Great dealership- great service- great knowledge of product.We had been shopping several dealerships for our next trailer. Barb knows her trailers, and she understood our needs. We were looking for a specific trailer, and Barb was able to get ours custom-ordered just in time. Barb was always just a phone call away, provided timely and knowledgeable advice for us selling our old trailer, and kept us 'in the loop' throughout the process.Our new trailer is wonderful. The overall experience was terrific. I've had a few questions since we've had the trailer and Barb is always there to help me and make sure we are happy.

Wheeled into Hepburn trailer sales at 630 at night with a blown trailer bearing. Sparks were flying everywhere, what are the odds we landed at Hepburn. God is good. Ed kept his place open until 830 at night and gave us all the tools to replace the wheel bearing in his parking lot. His wife was calling for dinner but he stayed open for us. Thank you Ed

Ive been a hawk owner for a year now. I Had an excellent experience with Barb and the team at hepburn sales. After comparing and calling around all over the province and neighbouring states even i couldnt top the quality and value of the hawk trailers. Barb is always up to date, prompt and a true expert in her field. I felt very at home and looked after. I've referred several friends to Hepburn over the last year and they've all come away happy as well. Hepburn sales is by far the best in the province!

I just dealt with Hepburn Trailers for the 1st time. They recently opened a parts dept at their Schomberg store. A few days back I called in and got transferred to Eddie the person who run the parts department and he was incredible to deal with to say the least. I manage 2 retail car dealerships and Eddies service was beyond a 10 out of 10 in this type of industry. He didn't have the parts I needed for my trailer in stock but he said he would check and get back to me within an hour, 1/2 hour later he was on the phone with me, found the parts and ordered them in. The he got back to me and told me he found better parts at a lower price! I would highly recommend dealing with the company they are truly amazing in today's world!

They operate their service centre from a barn on their farm in Bradford. That wasn’t disclosed when they asked me to leave my horse trailer for service.

I recently went in for some parts for my trailer. I have an older utility trailer that I was attempting to refurbish myself. I am technically savvy however I still needed some help on a budget. I contacted Hepburn Sales to see if they could help me. I was transferred immediately to their parts department where a quick explanation of my problem with the trailer was more then sufficient for the gentleman to give me enough of an explanation that I could understand. furthermore he also proceeded to order the part for me and let me know when it would arrive. Moreover, I could not pick the part up immediately and had asked if they could keep it for a couple of days while I made plans to head up Schomberg to pick up the part. To my surprise they gladly held the part and did not charge a stocking fee. My experience with Hepburn sales shows me that they take great pride in there customer service and would like to build lasting relationships with their customers rather than an in and out" retail shop. The sales staff is knowledgeable

In 2018, Barb, Ron and their team put a lot of work into safetying our featherlite. Despite recent ministry changes to the Highway Traffic Act, regarding annual safety inspections of personal trucks and livestock trailers, we will continue to bring our trailer to Barb and Ron for an annual safety and inspection.The Hepburn's run a solid business with exceptional customer service.
