I even don't want to give a star, if I can. Terrible customer services, rude and impolite (Jane). Keep calling, even we didn't owe anything. She even don't know which accounts she wants to mention, and make all the accounts mess.. Love to imagine things. Stupid customer service. WORSE EVER!!

I received a vocal message telling me to call back some lady Dubois they just leave a number and tell you is kind of urgent without specifying what's about or what company but they know your name. I called and they transferred me since Dubois don't have my file... And I still don't know what's about she just mentioned gcq. At the end the other lady tells me the amount it's due when it's was paid a week ago! It was the last bill I had from Videotron. It's OUTRAGEOUS seriously not even 100$ (72$) with less than a month and Videotron send me to that payment agency for ending the service with them after almost 8 years using their service! At the end the lady on the phone apologized and said it was paid... Why did you even bother ppl than. This should be definitely report to the office du consommateur immediately!

They're nothing but a scam.

I recently was made aware I owed a large sum of money (north of $2000) to this collection agency by a company I have not had dealings with for some time (a year or more) They kept referring me to this collection agency GCQ saying that my contract was bought by GCQ Canada and I had to take any concerns about the amount due and file changes up with them. I was giving a phone number to call and that was the end of it. After reading google reviews on this collection agency(GCQ) I was worried about what my transaction outcome would be like. I called GCQ and after a quick automated phone machine I was very quickly patched to a French person who was extremely bilingual and I had ZERO problems speaking with them other then me being hard of hearing. After a very brief conversation the operator gave me ALL the information I was denied at the other company. They said I did not actually owe $2XXX but instead had a balance of $2XX. and the very competent and understanding operator said I had to call the original company back because they did not require $2XXX from me and had no idea why the original company was so pushy for me to contact them.In a nut shell GCQ is a very divers bilingual company who dose a pretty unpleasant job, if you are being contacted by this company it is not them who you should direct your anger toward because they are only collecting on behalf of another establishment. In some cases it is a miss understanding to why they are phoning or emailing you but in most cases money is dolefully owed and this company is just the messenger.

This company sounds like they are right on the edge of legal business. My 91 year old father just received a collection notice based on another dubious company's supposed claim, Johnson Insurance. My father and I cancelled his travel insurance some time ago. It looks like these two sleazy outfits get together to shake down unsuspecting people when they get the chance. Stay away from both of them!

My credit score was greatly affected due to their mistakes!! They refuse to fix this

HORRIBLE AND FAKE! They sent a fake insurance letter and wanted us to pay right away. We were never with the given insurance company. Completely fake! Do not trust or pay any amount.

I recently got a call from this company, and they gave out information like address, name and amount they were calling about without having to verify if they were actually speaking to the right person. From knowing the law and what it states about calling someone especially if it pertains personal information, I believe what happened on this call was a breach of privacy and no proper procedures were followed. A consumer complaint will be filed in regard to their unprofessional and unethical behavior. I have never heard of this company before today and from today's experience I can already tell that they do not only lack proper customer service, but they also learn manners and how to conduct a business or how to treat other people with respect and dignity. RESPECTING OTHER PEOPLES PERSONAL INFORMATION IS VERY IMPORTANT AND CRUCIAL AND THEY HAVE VIOLATED THAT.

They have the WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. I am anglophone, and Mme. Hema" at extension 147 talks to you like an idiot
