I had a great experience at APPLE AUTO GLASS.I called at 9:30am on Monday morning and had a new rear window by 1pm.The owner is phenomenal. Very friendly and down to earth.

Trevor is a fantastic person to deal with. Helpful and understanding. I really appreciated his willingness to work with me on my ridiculous project. He got the glass in, waited patiently while my amateur self, blundered around with obvious things, then promptly assisted as he was able. He has my gratitude and thanks.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Apple Auto. Very friendly and knowledgeable service from the young woman at the front desk who also does shuttle service, and Trevor was incredibly kind and helpful and our car feels very safe. Would absolutely recommend and return.

Even short handed in the shop I received excellent service and friendly staff. Even took the time to explain that it was not the original windshield and showed me where to check. Also showed me that the previous repair job was done incorrectly by putting my wiper blades arms back in the wrong position. Trevor fixed this with no extra charge. Thanks so much.

I unfortunately had to come here twice in two weeks, the first for a small stone chip that they were able to fix no problem, the second time (a large crack across the top of my windsheild) I was able to order the window from them in the morning and have the car fixed before dinner. Each time I was met with friendliness and professionalism. Would totally recommend!

I called this place early Monday morning to fix a rear window that broke over the weekend, they were able to get me in and replaced the window same day. They worked with my insurance and saved me almost $1500 in repairs. Great service and extremely impressed with how fast they got me fixed up.

Charged $500 for front brakes and rotors and within 15,000 km they are grinding again. They charge as much as they can and use the cheapest parts. Now I have to pay to replace them again. High prices and poor workmanship, will not be returning.

I've had my undercoating done there, for the second time. Making the appointment was easy enough, they got me in fast. When I went to drop off my car, was ignored for about 10 minutes. Never got a call about my car being finished, found out it was done, went to get it. No employee was up front in the waiting area, two people were waiting. My car key was sitting out on the desk. Definitely didn't appreciate that very much considering the car thefts going on. Not overly impressed, and very disappointed because my first time there was so great.
