Dr. Chow and his admin Angie were absolutely wonderful, professional, polite and caring. I’m so glad Dr. Chow did my septoplasty. I had a severely deviated septum that is now fixed! I can breathe so much better now. I can’t believe I had not done this procedure sooner! Dr. Chow has a nice sense of humour as well. :) He made me feel comfortable and confident that I made the right choice to go ahead with the surgery from my initial consult to the day I had my surgery (Apr 3, 2023). The follow up also went well. Now almost one month later, things are getting better every day! Thanks to this office for everything they did for me. I highly recommend them!

The staff is really really nice ge does a good job for surgery when u need them i happy with him and the staff keep up the excitement work

Hi Dr chow you are amazing dr unfortunately the lady who responds to the phone and takes appointments does not respect people she acts as owning the clinic saying I am the only one who responds to you and makes appointments. She doesn’t listen to what I was saying showing bias pretending not to understand my language although my English pronunciation is much clearer than her’s. I have been waiting for 4 months to have an appointment but she never fix a date to visit your clinic, this is not professional at all. Thanks

Received a call today from who I assume was a receptionist regarding a “doctors appointment”. When I asked about the appointment and what it was for the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I will be asking my doctor for a referral to a different doctor

Nice doctor, but will not go beyond the scope of referral. ENT suggests a relationship of ears, nose and throat, but he will not look at these even though they could be related. His assistant is the exact opposite of what customer service is supposed to be. I would try another doctor.
