My very first poutine in Quebec City.Had the poutineville house special.LOVE the home fries, the gravy had an amazing flavour, the braised beef melt in your mouth. And the curds squeaky as they should be.I will definitely be back, thank you for a great experience and for the young lads speaking English to me. (I find it very hard to order in Quebec knowing very very little French. When somebody tries to speak English even the slightest it is a HUGE help to me. I would never judge you for poor English because it is such a game changer for me. Thank you so much)

The poutine and the sangria were amazing here! The ambience is also pretty good. The only thing I didn't like was when the server gave us the bill and we tipped, he did not like the amount we tipped and lectured us as to how they get paid below minimum wage and rely solely on tip. Had to do another transaction for 1 cent and add tips on top to satisfy the server.I centainly do not want to be lectured on the tipping culture after I had already tipped. management should look into this.

Love this place. Great vibe. We were the last to leave, never felt rushed. Highly recommended. Made my custom poutine with sweet potatoes, Brie, ground beef & green peas to name a few ingredients. Fresh & delicious!! Would definitely come here again.

Excellent food. Nice interior. Wish it were more traditional being in Old quebec. Manager should staff more servers. Staff were working hard to keep up. Service was excellent but trying to keep up.

Took hat trick poutine, fair price for the quantity and quality.I'm giving a 9/10My girlfriend thought the sauce was a bit bland but overall, she thinks more a 7/10

The best authentic poutine in Quebec city. The customization makes it so unique. The taste and hospitality is always the same whenever we visit. Highly recommend this place for good food with great ambiance and service with a smile all the time.

Poutineville is a must when visiting anywhere in Quebec!! The one in Quebec City has amazing, friendly staff. Very accommodating on speaking English, as I’m just trying to learn French. Every time I go here the custom poutine is my go to, so many different topping options.

We ordered the poutine from the build your own menu. There are vegan options for the cheese and the sauce.The smashed fries were an excellent base. The food warmed us up from the inside on a really cold day and the drinks were delicious.The large size was overwhelmingly huge but made a nice snack later in the day.
