Do not shop here, I purchased a lazy boy for my 83 year old father April 22, 2 months later no chair, no answers, no money back when paid in full. Manager’s promise to call you back and never do. Feel like we just threw away 1700$ for someone on limited income.

Extremely poor communication and customer service. Purchased fridge 2022 huge debt back of fridge I have emailedphotos follow up since NOve 2022 still no communication. I will never buy from Lastmans Bad Boy again Never.

Please do NOT waste your time purchasing any furniture from BADBOY Burlington. Service Starting from the Manager is horrible. They pretend that customer service is their number one focus but customer service is their last focus. We were advised to purchase the extended warranty and after 1 month our couch broke. We are now 2 months later and I have yet to get a call back after numerous attempts. I tried calling again today and apparently my claim has been denied but nobody has had the courtesy to call us back.Please don’t make the same mistake as my wife and I and purchase anything from this subpar outfit.

BEWARE! RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE!We have had a horrible experience with this company. We bought a couch about two years ago, and at the time were sold the five-year extended warranty with the understanding that rips tears and other damage would be covered under this warranty.Unfortunately the couch recently got a tear in the fabric (not due to animal or neglect) and we have had the runaround with the company about this warranty for three months now. We were initially told by a lady at the Burlington location that they would come and pickup the couch to repair it but they were just waiting for a new warehouse to be ready. After no response from the company for a number of weeks we followed up again and got a different person who told us that we were denied coverage because rips and tears were not covered under the warranty. This was a complete contradiction to what we were sold (and even if it wasn’t, was no one going to call to tell us this?). The service with this company is unforgivable and in all honesty the couch has not held up very well over the last two years beyond the rip that we are dealing with now.I will certainly not be shopping at this company in the future and would highly suggest that others shop elsewhere as well.

I was told to write an email to head office – I did on May 25th, its June 12th, still no resolution. I have no choice but to make this public. am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Lastmans Bad Boy during my recent purchase and delivery of a dining room table. I am disappointed with the way my concerns have been handled, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Firstly, when we made the purchase, the sales representative, Peter, assured us that the delivery of the dining room table would not exceed 4-6 weeks. It has now been over two months since our purchase, and we still do not have a functioning dining room table. This delay has caused great inconvenience and frustration for me and my family. We have had to delay family gatherings.Secondly, throughout this entire ordeal, it has been incredibly difficult to get any updates on the status of my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact Lastmans Bad Boy via phone calls, no one would return our calls. As a result, I had to travel from Beamsville, Ontario to the Burlington store three times just to obtain a simple update. This has been an unnecessary waste of my time and resources.Furthermore, during one of my visits to the store, I was informed that the base of the dining room table was missing, which was the reason for the delay in delivery. I was then assured that the missing base could be sourced from another location of Lastmans Bad Boy. However, it later turned out that this information was false and the base was not available as promised. This misinformation is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and honesty on the part of your staff.Additionally, I was promised full delivery of the dining room table on Wednesday, May 24th. To accommodate this delivery, my father took the day off work. However, the delivery was late, causing unnecessary inconvenience, and to make matters worse, several parts of the dining room table were missing. This demonstrates a clear lack of attention to detail and a failure to fulfill the commitment made to your customers.What is most ALARMING of all is that your way of rectifying this situation is offering us a measly $50 gift card to your store… a location we would NEVER imagine shopping at again, given the circumstances. What is that $50 gift card going to do for us? How does it compensate for the day off work taken, the unnecessary trips to your store and for the dishonesty of your sales rep Peter, your front desk staff and collectively as a store?I would also like to note, that during one of my trips to your store, one of your staff members was treating the front desk reception very poorly. (His desk is right behind reception on the right side) Yelling at him for not knowing how to pull an invoice and belittling him. I’d advise some proper coaching for your managers and some better training for your new hires.

DO NOT order or trust the online website about available stock. Other websites will inform you if the item is a special order or in stock but Bad Boy does not let you know until you receive a phone call days later. Promises are made over and over again about delivery days but are never kept. Don't trust them!
